I get gas and coffee. They do both acceptably enough.

This is the only holiday in the state that doesn't honor the unlimited holiday carwash program from other holiday stations. There was nothing stating this as I waited in line last night for a wash. I had 4 other cars behind me, get up to scanner and it declined. Confused I waive the attendant over and he tells me they only accept wash passes from THEIR store. Now trapped by the car behind me and unable to go forward through the was without paying I got stuck paying $11 for a wash I pay monthly to get. I was absolutely pissed. No sign anywhere stating this special circumstance. The attendant was kind but said there was "nothing he could do about it".

So this holiday offers a free car wash if the cashier doesn’t ask if you want to purchase one first. The first time here, after my transaction was complete. I asked if I can get a free car wash since I wasn’t asked if I wanted to purchase one. It was a young man and he responded back with “do you even have a car” me kind of offended and wasn’t sure how to respond, I just left. I like to give places a second chance before I ban it out my life. So today a couple hours ago same situation, this time it was an older woman. I asked if I could get a free car wash since I wasn’t asked if I wanted to purchase a car wash. She told me no because she asked me already, I’m like no you didn’t and she said “I asked if you have gas or a car wash” I said that’s not asking if I wanted to purchase a car wash, thats asking if I already have gas or a car wash, that’s why I said no.. and then she got extremely rude and was looking for an argument out of me, it was all super uncomfortable, I had my child with me. I told her I don’t want to argue and was leaving and she continued to make rude remarks as I’m trying to leave. I only came to this store for a bag of chips that are $3 cheaper than hyvee. I would rather pay the extra $3 if that’s how people are trained to be at holiday. My question is, do the employees get in some sort of trouble for not asking? Or is it just the color of my skin they don’t like? I’m just curious.

Great experience today as I was racially profiled while pumping my gas, had me drive around the parking during lunch rush to get a pump because I didn’t have a License plate facing the front of the store no signs posted at all….even tho there was clearly a license plate on my rear, all those cameras at location recording the cars could have easily seen the rear plate, when I spoke to the fat karen manager she stated she would have done it to anybody, but I have been to this location multiple times because I am a fan of holiday and there gas discount offers, and I have seen plenty of European cars w/no front license plates getting gas….asian male in a white city smh

Hires employees, fires before wages can increase significantly. Watched it hapoen to over 7 or 8 people when i was in highschool. Corporate company that will call you famiky and fire the next day for no reason. Pretended it wouldnt happen to my friend because they were a good worker and it happened to them anyways with no prior warning or mishaps. Like i said, watched it happen to 7 or 8 people in 2 years.

I like ve this Holiday station, it offers everything I want. Cookies, hotdogs, sandwicges...EVERTHING! I can also get a carwash and it is close se to home and a very nice shopping center. I come here all the time , the people are friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend this gas station, not just for your gasoline needs but a quick shopping trip, if needed, ir a hot food to go item.

I like brick buildings.... and this station is no exception. Social distancing observed (somehow) by customers. Busy gas station next to a busy middle class strip mall. There is a nice car washing station attached, again, I like brick buildings. Inside was medium size Holiday station. I tried the sugar hot vanilla drink.... too sweet for my taste... but hey, it is good to try new flavors. Cashiers had the plexiglass separation. Another customer and I had masks on. Not really other customers. Relatively easy in and out gas station but it's not exactly on the highway. But the area is very busy. Tip: free coffee on your birthday.... i'm gonna check other holiday stations if it's state wide policy, lucky me my birthday is coming soon.

Please stop selling car washes after the car wash closes! If you're selling them right up till 9pm then leave it open long enough to actually get a car wash.

It is an alright gas station- lot of $$$ about every day on the way to work at the shop there in maple grove & live nearby. pretty good stuff. An overweight worker with a whispy mustache named Kentura verbally threatened a customer while I was in this location

Cashier wouldn't take my debit card for lottery purchase. Told me that's against the law. I told them that law changed I buy lotteries at gas stations all the time on my debit card. THEN they told me I didn't know what I was talking about and they would be the first ones to know if the law changed.
