I've been through several HomeGoods location here in the twin cities and this is one of if not the best location. They seem to have better service and better inventories and selection compare to other locations!

I love this location. I’ve been shopping here for years. Even with current address I still drive 45 minutes to come shop at Plymouth home goods. It’s always organized and clean. Staff are always there to help with anything that you need help finding

Always fun to explore this store! Good for gifts or items for your kitchen, bath or bedroom. Though they have a Limited selection of furniture, it is usually Interesting and moderately priced.

This store offers a little bit of everything. Went there rather than PetSmart to get more affordable dog snacks. Great store for Christmas decor

I had a very disappointing experience in the HomeGoods store on Sunday 8/21/22. I found a painting that was marked $249.99 that I fell in love with and it was the only one in the store. I noticed that they back support on the painting was broken so I took it to the front counter to see if I there was anything they could do about it. The associate called the manager up to the front. I don't recall the managers name at the time. She looked at it and said that she could give us $5 off. I asked if there was any other discount she could give as $5 off of a $250 painting was only 2% off. It doesn't even cover the tax. You wouldn't buy a house and only get 2% if there were frame or foundation issues. She replied that I could apply for the HomeGoods credit card to get a bigger discount. I replied that I wasn't interested. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to apply for it 3 more times. I declined each time. She then whispered to the associate that we were going to buy it anyways so $5 off would be fine. The associate looked very uncomfortable. This experience was very unprofessional and has definitely changed my view of HomeGoods. I definitely didn't feel like I was a "top priority customer and that the quality of product that was sold to me is important," as stated on your website. I also do not believe this manager was living out the mission "to bring exceptional value to me and my family everyday." As a store owner, I would not want anyone teaching my young associate that this is the way you treat customers. As a store owner, I would want to know about an issue like this if one of my employees were treating our customers this way.

I have got to stop going into this joint, cause I'm now the proud owner of 2 dozen down alternative comfeeturz but I only have a 1 bedroom apt and no bed. How does life get so complicated? That answer and more upon my return from a bed retailer. Zzzzzzz
