I cannot stress enough how much to avoid Lowe's Plymouth and any Lowe's Installation Services. This has been a 14 month nightmare that is still not resolved. I am out several thousand dollars and have wasted 100's of hours of time dealing with their unprofessional and unskilled installers (Service Pros) and the Lowe's Installation Support team.My flooring was installed in Aug 2022 and immediately the install was full of issues -gapping/bowing in the LVP; issues with trim/transitions; failure to follow manufacturer install specs. The Lowe's installer came to my house 6 times to perform repairs the following 9 months and eventually determined a full room needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the replaced flooring did not match the original flooring, so I had 2 different flooring tints/textures. After the repairs, issues continued including more gapping and Lowe's claimed it was a manufacturer defect. Mohawk (manufacturer) hired an inspector who determined the issues were the result of install defects. It was determined all LVP needed to be replaced due to the install issues. In Sept 2023, they assigned an installer to replace the flooring installed in Aug 2022. Prior to the install, I learned they hadn't coordinated a plumber to disconnect/reconnect the plumbing prior to the repair (which was their responsibility). I was told via email to find a plumber and they would reimburse me the full amount. I have not received the reimbursement ($1,697) and they are disputing charges deemed necessary by the plumber to safely disconnect the appliances. Half way through the repair, I had to pick entirely new LVP as there were product issues with the replacement LVP. Additionally, I watched the installers dent my fridge several times which I immediately reported and documented. Lowe's & their installer continue to deny responsibility.Avoid doing business with Lowe's. This company hires budget installers with poor workmanship. I spent $11K on flooring that I wasn't able to enjoy for 14 months. After all this trouble, Lowe's has only offered me $600 which doesn't begin to compensate me for my dented fridge & trouble.

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM LOWES! I bought a GE gas dryer and after 4 uses it stopped working. Tried to call Lowes customer service multiple times and after the last try, which was 1.5hrs, gave up and went to the store. Since it had been a over 48hrs they essentially told me to get lost and the best they could do was Google the GE service center phone number for me, wow thanks. Now I've been dealing with GE and a third party service company and it's been 3 weeks and all I have is a $700 hunk of scrap metal in my basement. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company, zero customer service and zero accountability. I will never shop at a Lowes again.

My partner and I visited this location on the hunt for something to seal AC ducts. My partner had done some research beforehand and knew what he needed, but we weren't able to find it. We wandered the aisles many times with no luck before we decided to ask an employee for help. He promptly told us the store didn't have what we wanted. We kept looking and asked another employee, who had a similar response. Both my partner and I were surprised, considering all items were shown as "in stock" on the store's website. Neither employee was familiar with the website and seemed to think we were too inexperienced to tackle the project (which might be true, but we admitted we needed some help!)Finally, we came across Chris, who was able to search for the items we needed and tell us exactly where to find them. Thank goodness for Chris! Once we found what we were looking for, we were on our way quickly. Even though some employees weren't able to help us, almost all of them were very friendly and social, which made the experience less painful. I'm not sure I'd rush to return to this location, but it was very clean and well maintained.

We purchased a washer and dryer from this Lowe's, and they scheduled the company, CRST, a company who is contracted with Lowe's for their major appliance installations, to install our gas dryer. The two men with CRST came to the house and were there for no more than 15 minutes. They hooked up the dryer and left. Afterwards, we noticed that the dryer duct and clamps that we had purchased weren't the ones that were installed, but instead a cheap aluminum duct was installed, held on with zip ties. So they stole our dryer installation parts from us in exchange for very cheap parts. I contacted Lowe's Customer Care to report this. The representative that I spoke to warned me not to use the dryer because gas dryers are not to have aluminum ducts as they are a fire hazard. I alao called the Plymouth store and spoke to Assistant Manager Ashlee Dunn. During this conversation, she didn't see that there was any issue and said they just needed to schedule this same company to come back out to assess the issue and be given a chance to make things right. I said I didn't want this company coming back out to our house. I also requested a refund for the charge of $319 we paid for the dryer to be hooked up, as well as either someone else to be sent out to put the correct parts on the dryer, or to give us the dryer duct and clamps and we would install them ourselves. I had also emailed her photos of what was installed on the dryer. She said she was emailing the photos to upper management and she would get back with me once she heard back from them. I didn't heard back from her so I sent an email asking what their decision was. She said she had filed a claim and I would be hearing from a representative with the "next steps", although I had told her during our conversation that I didnt want to have a claim filed and wait for the "next steps" as that would be time consuming, and I cannot currently use my dryer. She said they needed to file a claim so they could attempt to recoup the money from CRST. I responded to her email stating that their ability to recoup their money is not our concern as we paid the install fee directly to Lowe's. I also told her that this is a matter that could be handled by Lowe's and to just do the right thing. Giving our installation fee back to us is a small amount of money for a company like Lowes. I received a final email from Ashlee stating, "based on the requests made, the store will be unable to adequately assist" (me). That means this particular Lowe's would not reach into their own pockets to "right a wrong". We will never do business with any Lowe's again. I highly suggest that anyone considering buying a major appliance from Lowe's give it a second thought before doing so as the company that will install it, CRST, has a horrible reputation and reviews online, as well as complaints with the BBB.

I talked to some lovely people at Lowe's. Do not use their delivery and installation service. I spent 3 weeks without laundry, stressed and frustrated. Their contracted installation service literally ran away without running the clothes washer. 5 minutes into using it it was leaking buckets of water. The unit was defective but it took 3 visits to figure this out. One install team was contemptuous. The old dryer hose was connected to the new one so it was 12 feet long, the hot water was left off, a leg of the washer was off. One ran out grinning. Their English was poor, they didn't have a wrench or screwdriver. One said to me, angry, "hold the door open for us!" as I paused to examine the unit in the hallway. It turned out after 3 visits the Whirlpool laundry center was defective.

I had a return barely day after the 90 day return. The rude woman who assisted me tried to get me a gift card instead (one pleasant thing she attempted) but could not get the computer to recognize I had my receipt. She stated they give gift cards after the 90 days. The computer system continued to request a receipt and she could not bypass this stop. She gave up and didn't call for a supervisor even though I asked for one. Lowe's essentially kept my $35.00 without a blink of an eye. I had the product, never opened, AND the receipt but got nowhere except a big screw you we are keeping your money. Lowe's will never get another penny from me! I suggest all of you take my experience as your own. Save your frustration and go elsewhere!!!!

I spent $1,000 on a new fridge, and the associate didn't ask me which side I needed the door to open on, and when it was delivered, it opened on the wrong side, and the delivery driver wouldn't fix it. They referred me back to the store. We called the store, and they said they would call us back, but the problem has yet to be resolved.Update: Called the store twice and waited on hold, and they said it was the driver's responsibility to reverse the door. Neither party is taking accountability. Problem still not resolved.Update: Amy the manager couldn't get anyone to come fix the problem until Thursday, three days after the original delivery, and couldn't even guarantee a time. I'm calling American Express and letting them know I'm unsatisfied with my purchase and unsatisfied with the merchant's attempt to resolve it. It shouldn't take this many phone calls and this much stress for a merchant to correct THEIR error.

Amazing service. Every time! Staff asks if I need help and then--get this--they actually help! They know where things are, how things work, and they're NICE! Last weekend I needed help with a special piece of hardware and Alex walked from dept to dept to try to help me find it. Then when I needed a flatbed and asked an associate where I could find one he said he'd bring me one! He not only brought me one, he helped me load it, took it to the cash register, and then loaded my car! Wish I had gotten his name. NEVER have I had such consistently good experiences at a home improvement store. So impressed--great job Lowe's!
