MinuteClinic at this location is great. The staff is always professional, courteous, friendly, compassionate, incredibly nice, and diligent. They listen attentively to symptoms and needs, examine thoroughly, and make patients feel at ease and cared for. Visits for issues like a wasp sting, pink eye, or shots such as a COVID booster are handled promptly. The experience is quick, easy, and convenient. While there can sometimes be a wait, this seems normal. Patients report symptoms improving after care and highly recommend the clinic. Many return repeatedly, noting the professional is thorough even when handling a significant workload alone.
My nurse, Jennifer, was very kind and compassionate and gave a great explanation as to what I was getting and how it worked.
