I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit to this store. I went in specifically for their advertised free battery check, but the employee refused to assist me, claiming he couldn’t leave the counter because he was the only one in the store. This was at 01/12/25 at 9 AM, and the store was completely empty—there was no excuse for his refusal to help. I understand being short-staffed, but when a service is advertised and the store is dead quiet, there's no reason he couldn't spare a few minutes to check my battery. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to advertise services that they’re not willing to provide, and it left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. I won’t be coming back to this store anytime soon, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Bought wipers for my SUV and installed front easily but couldn't get rear wiper installed. Went back to store and wonderful gentleman there showed me and helped me get it installed. Great customer service!

They sold me a car battery. When it put it in the car the car did not turn over. I brought it back and the battery was dead. They refused to exchange for a charged battery a made me wait 30 minutes to charge the battery the was supposed to be pre charged. They did not seem to care that they sold me a dead battery and then refused to exchange it.

This is a good auto parts store and will loan you basic tools so you don’t need to go buy specialty equipment. check their website as it’s free and can save you a lot of hassle. NAPA doesn’t do this for you so this is my go to store.

While visiting Minneapolis, I rented a car at the airport and realized later that the engine light came on. I took the car to a nearby O'Reilly and a very helpful lady name Jeri helped diagnose the problem. It was during lunch hour and they were a bit busy but with care and concern she helped me. The experience was so much better than our own O'Reilly's in SWFL. Please let he know that her kindness did not go unnoticed. We love your city and we're here for our son's wedding. Cheers!

Sold me wrong part.... after I was very clear and asked twice if it was right. The guys that helped me over the decades are gone. These kids know nothing. Tried to get refund for 6 months. DM never calls you back. They just tire you out.

It’s disappointing to see my local O’Reilly’s standards drop. Echoing the sentiments of fellow customers, it’s become apparent that the store is often understaffed, with only one person working at a time. This not only delays the service but also highlights a concerning lack of knowledge among the employees. Getting assistance or finding a specific item can feel like an endless wait. Moreover, the attention to customer service seems to have waned to the point where an employee’s presence at the counter is triggered only by the repeated opening and closing of the door to ring the bell. It’s perplexing how the store continues to operate under these conditions, leaving customers frustrated and disappointed.
All they say is “We are sorry to hear about your experience at your local store. We thank you for bringing this issue to our attention to allow is to look into this further. - O'Reilly Auto Parts“ but don’t do anything about it. This place has been going down hill badly the last year.

This location has gone off the rails. The small handful of solid employees are gone, a handful of new people who have no clue are left running the asylum. It is the closest location to my garage, and where historically I've bought online and picked up so I did not have to deal with the knuckleheads that are left.Placed an order online this weekend for two items allegedly in stock, for pickup in approximately 1 hour. After 3 hours of waiting, decided to go to store and see if I could pick items up. Store was locked up early afternoon on a Saturday, many hours before close. Paper sign hung up saying they closed early. So now I have my car apart, waiting for parts I could have gotten elsewhere.Stopped by next day, one person in the store, no other employees showed up for work, the guy did his best with the half dozen other customers, took 20+ minutes to determine he did not have the item in stock that was supposed to be there, and find it for me at another location. 2 wasted trips, and getting to be my own parts delivery driver really sucked.OReily dropped to my least favorite option this weekend if I need something quickly. I have 3 other options, all a bit further. Of course, Amazon and Rock Auto are both far more convenient if I don't need it same day.
