Moving in was a breeze. Wes personally met me on the day of move- in and showed me where my unit was, how to use the lock, etc. I haven’t experienced this kind of attentiveness at any facilities I’ve used in the past. It helps assure me that my items are in extra good care!!

Sam and Wes helped me out with my unit transfer. Even though I mistakenly chose a unit that was too small for my needs they were able to help switch me to a unit that better served what I was looking for and made the process easy. They were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Sam even showed me the various units so I could better visualize which one was a better fit.
