We had the presidential suite which was really cool they had the towels intertwine like swans but they made a heart shape. I thought that was really cool and I had a big ass jacuzzi in the room the master room had a kitchen living room Den a side bathroom with a counter and mirror had balcony overlooking a swimming pool all the way around the inside all the way around the swimming pool pretty good breakfast the staff was really nice very helpful I definitely go there again we stayed four nights didn't have not one problem. So I just want to say thanks to Ramada and the staff for the nice time that we had

Unfortunately, my room was run down. I booked a double queen room, and the beds were not double queens. The base trimming on the room were all falling off. The curtain was broken and old. The sink where you brush your teeth has rust and mold in the sink hole which has no cover. The dresser where the TV was also rotted away. I waited for management to call me back regarding my refund but no one ever called backed. I called multiple times and no luck to speak to a manager. Arkay was there when I checked out and offered a free night but I was leaving out of town that day so unfortunately the extra night stay would not accommodate my needs. If I didn't return from dinner so late I would've changed hotels. The location is prime and Arkay was very nice despite the rooms accommodations.

Room ceiling started leaking. Definitely water damage and possible mold in shower. Bed was clean and comfy. TV worked. Pool was obnoxious on Valentine’s Day with no regulation. Kids were playing in the spa and splashing with no supervision.

There is mold in the tub that they painted over. The microwave doesn't heat. The fridge freezes food. The staff can't give me a actual time that the pool opens and closes. Maintenance doesn't understand what a dont disturb sign means nor housekeeping. Who ever they hired to paint obviously doesn't know how to use paint tape. There was paint on things that shouldn't be painted. Ramada use to be a high class hotel. This one is a disgrace. I will say the restaurant on the hotel has amazing food and the bed in the room was comfortable. I will never stay here again unless someone tells me this place has improved. I have worked in the hotel industry and this is by far one of the worst I have seen.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, wow, totally disappointed, if I could give it 0 stars I would, but if you plan to spend a weekend here or weekdays, you who are reading this, better pay for something more expensive and worth it, here are my reasons. It was almost 12 at night, the guests who were sleeping on the other side, you could hear everything, even when they were having sex, a lot of screaming, let's not even talk about the pools, not pleasant at all, a disaster, people eating and drinking, I don't want to say what kind of people so as not to discriminate, but a totally bad experience.

no hangars in the room and no blankets provided. really strange to not be offered these. especially since the carpet was so gross you couldn't put things on the floors and I am not really picky so it was really strange

We stayed on the evening of 10/19/2024. The laundry list of issues are as follows:
* Pool was too cold
* Fountains in the splash pad did not work
* Pool water was grimy
* Food was everywhere around the poolside and hot tub areas and rules were never managed by the property
* Too many kids (13) were in the hot tub at one time
* My son had to threaten to notify the front desk before they would listen to anything
* Our quiet hide and seek game was brought to an abrupt halt when an employee told my minor children of calling the cops on them, even though I had already previously notified them of our activities
* Guests staying in the pool area were loud with their balconies open past 1 AM
* Our room keys were deactivated while we were having breakfast and before we came to check-out
* I stated to my children in front of the maid in the hall that we weren’t finished and I still needed to do a walk through, and she had the room torn apart before I could quickly return and items were forgotten
* Was told on Sunday the 20th that a manager would call me; never did
* I called and left a voicemail on the 22nd
* I called again on the 25th with nobody answering the call to the main number
* I called corporate and was directed to Expedia
* I called Expedia on the 29th and was told the hotel needs to do the refund
* I stopped in to talk to the manager on 10/31 and was told to come back in on Friday or Saturday.
* Stopped in Saturday (11/2) and was told again that the manager was unavailable.
* My wife emailed on Monday (11/4) and has not heard back.
We’re still looking for contact to get refunded.

There was no staff available to ask questions. We were not told when pool hours were or breakfast hours. We were greeted with rudeness and disrespect. The AC/Heater unit was off the wall. Just an overall bad experience. We will not be going back to that location.

This hotel is always a great experience having the boss pizza open up where green mill use to be was SO convenient, hot tub was on the money and was very impressed with all of the remodeling changes

The front desk staff was really nice but that doesn't make up for the safety issues. The outside doors, that should be key card to open were continually propped open.
I tried to use the gym room and the door literally stuck on the door frame and I had to call front desk to let me out as I couldn't open the door.
And to top it off. Dealing with allergic reactions to what I'm guessing are bed bug bites.
I don't except I will use Ramada in thefuture.
Rooms: Was bite multiple times by some sort of bug in the room
Safety: The outside doors were continually propped open and the door to the gym room was stuck on the door frame in such a way it could only be opened from the outside.
