Brian helped my husband and I secure our dream home the day it went on the market. He was extremely knowledgable of the area, architecture of the home, and the overall negotiation/buying process. We then used Brian and his rockstar Corbin to secure renters for our Condo they we decided to keep as well. They found us renters within 48 hours of hitting the market after their photographer took excellent pictures. Overall it was just just a joy to work with Brian and all of his team and we couldn't be happier.

He was also great at keeping stress to a minimum with the sale of our older home, giving recommendations for what we should do to get it ready to sell and providing us with professional contractors to take care of smaller projects prior to listing.

We can’t thank Brian enough for making our first home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable! From the start of our home search this spring, he was always available and ensured we could tour homes on our schedule (which was tough given we both worked 5 days a week downtown). During our home search, Brian consistently took the time to explain the condition of each home we visited (and there were quite a few!), making sure our needs and wants were always prioritized.
When we finally found the home we really wanted, Brian expertly guided us through the negotiation process, ensuring we fully understood each step (which was new to us). He also connected us with an excellent financing partner, a reliable contractor when we really needed one before close, and even landscapers to help us settle in after the sale.
