Christy was the most pleasant barista I’ve ever come across. She made me excited to start my Monday. She asked my weekend, my family, and even my kids names. The world should know what a lovely lady she is!

To be quite brisk,Food = goodService = goodAtmosphere = hecticThe food was as good as it is at any Starbucks. Good, well made drinks, and serviceable food. The service was polite and professional. I don't know how they handle the occasional order mistake, but thankfully I've never run into that problem.The Atmosphere is hectic normally. I am not sure how much to blame on the franchise or just on the patrons. There's only so much that can be done to handle people who have no indoor voice. Maybe there were several hard of hearing folks there, who knows. I would suggest taking the drink on the go. It's just full and noisy.

When I walked in to order three employees looked at me multiple times without saying anything. Not even a hi, we will be with you shortly. I knew they were busy so I overlooked it. After waiting almost 5 minutes someone finally came over and asked for my order but then I was immediately interrupted so she could grab food out of the toaster. When she returned she took myOrder and then walked away without asking for my name or even a thank you for waiting. When I was given my order I asked for cream and was met with eye roll - she then filled a small cup with cream and then slid it to me across the counter and walked away. None of the people working looked like they wanted to be there and everyone seemed intensely frustrated. I’m not sure if they were short staffed for that day or what but the customer service is severely lacking here! The oatmeal I ordered was also missing the honey, sweetener, and nut pack that’s normally included. I understand things get busy but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude to your customers.

Hit or a miss for drive through coffees. They either forget the Expresso or white chocolate in the mochas.

Parking lot sucks so bad. ?? Often have to park by Brueggers so I don't get caught up in the clusterfvck.

No matter how Many people are working or visiting it takes over 20 minutes to get a drink and a Danish seen people just walking around doing nothing while others are busy helong guests the parking lot is a horrible design I do not recommend this location!

Awful Starbucks location. The drive through makes no sense. People cut in front of you and it’s pure chaos. They’ve also made my drink wrong every single time I’ve tried going here. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location!

Great coffee and food items are always on point, even when it’s busy the line goes by pretty fast. The reason for 3 stars is the customer service. The drive-thru guy was lacking it, no hi, no have a good day. Barely looked in my direction. Was going to tip but couldn’t set my coffee down fast enough before he shut the window on me.

One barista was filling orders without calling out names. I watched her set many items on the counter without indicating who they were for. On a busy Saturday morning, this doesn't work as most people don't want to crowd the counter or assume items are for them.Parking: The parking/drive-thru set-up is not clearly labeled.

Went in on June 15th late morning. Garbage bins overflowing. Empty containers covering the counters by the drink stations. I know you are busy but there is always time to take care of garbage

I absolutely hate the new drive thru! I’m constantly being cut in line by people who go into the exit only. There is not proper signage for people to follow so they know to make the “LOOP”. I have never been cut off previously at any location. If you can’t have proper signage why change it. I’ve also encountered people coming in the exit as I’m trying to leave and they’re blocking me from leaving. Do better.

I should be more generous with the stars given only because I feel that the staff there are exceptional always nice and smiling. But the quality of the coffee is horrible it is either too strong or very water like tasting, I’ve ordered the Hot Caramel macchiato 3 times from there (yes 3) they say third times the charm however this isn’t the case. Gotta step it up with the quality of the coffee it can’t just look pretty and taste horrible.
