Working with Cat and the Superior Ford team has been a great experience. I searched for many months and worked with upwards of 20 dealers and they were not only the easiest to work with, they were also kind, helpful and were able to help me get in the the Perfect truck. I do not have enough great things to say about this team. Keep up the great work. This is my second truck purchased from here and will most likely return for the next one after this experience. Update- after I purchased the truck the help wasn’t as great. They said they would take a part I forgot to grab off my truck and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it. Also didn’t seem to care too much to help after the sale was made. Too bad, I have purchased two vehicles from there.

Not friendly. I had my Expedition in for a recall on the backup camera replacement. During the process to access the camera the two license plate light housings needed to be removed. The housings are made out of plastic and have built in clips to keep the housings intact. The clips were broken off and now the two license plate light housings just hang there. I went back to the dealership hours after I picked it up and they denied any responsibility for the broken clips. To pacify me they said they would call me with a response and or any way they could help. I never received a phone call. I also texted with a salesman my problem and he said he would try to help get some relief. So as of now I have two broken housings and no accountability from Superior Ford and license plate lights hanging down from the tailgate. I priced the parts out and it will cost me over $65 to make me whole. Not very professional and a level of satisfaction for a repair that was a recall and purely Ford Company's fault. I obviously could have gone to another Ford dealership in the area.I will be reaching out to Ford Motor Company with my experience in getting a recall serviced. Sincerely Jana Harrer.

I bought a 2009 F150 here a couple days ago and it was a great truck for a really good price. the customer service was great. Thor did a really great job telling me about the truck and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend super ford and if I ever need another truck I will come here first.
7 month update- I had to take it to a mechanic after it died on me while I was driving. It needed new spark plugs, a new fuel pump, and a new catalytic conveyor. Later they found out that the engine itself had a vacuum leak and was fried. None of these issues were mentioned when I bought the truck and all I was told was that it had a great engine and had been taken care of. Would not recommend buying used vehicles here unless you have a mechanic check it out very thoroughly before.

Awful and it got worse.
I pulled into the quick change oil service.
They could not tell me the cost for the oil change
I was told to go to the waiting room. 20 minutes later the service writer comes to the waiting room. I thought my truck was done.
They hadn't started. They could not find the truck by the vin number
I went back to the service writers station and my phone number was entered into the computer.
Great they found the information they needed.
I went back the waiting room. 20 minutes later the service writer comes in. I thought the truck was finally done. Even though I still wasn't told what the cost would be.
I was told that they don't have the oil filter. It would be 3 hours until they could get the filter.
But is was finally given a price of $260
Also they had not drained the oil yet.
That was the good news. I left and got my oil changed at another shop.

The shop had misdiagnosed a coolant leakage I was having with my F150. Initially they said it was my turbo return line. I paid for that service and found that the issue was still not fixed. I brought my vehicle back and they told me it was a leaking water pump. I paid for that repair. I again found that I was still leaking coolant and took it back in. Now they are telling me that my radiator is leaking and wanted to charge me $2,230 to replace the radiator. I discussed this with the service manager pointing out that I have already paid them twice to fix this one issue. He would only take off a token $300 or so. I told him that was completely unfair and that they should cover the labor since I have already paid to get the same problem fixed two times. He would do nothing. Bottom line don't get service at Superior Ford. They clearly are not very good at their job.

Joe is an exceptional CS person. He really cares for the customer. John on the other hand does not seem to care. We come there because of Joe. Also, the cashier in the AM is very helpful.
