Dear Superior Ford Service Manager,I knew it would be a bad experience bringing to my truck back for a third time to fix the same problem at Superior Ford but you managed to make it an atrocious experience by refusing to service it. Thanks for exceeding my expectations!Anyone reading this review. Do yourself a favor and visit any other Ford Dealership in the Twin Cities. I highly recommend Lundeen Ford. Their service department is highly knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

Ronald Powell was super helpful in getting my into my new vehicle! He took the time to make sure I understood how everything in my car worked and made sure I was connected and ready to go. He even took the time to check in after I took my vehicle home! I was very happy with the level of service I received.

I had a great experience purchasing my F150 Tremor from Oliver. I appreciated how patient he was throughout the process. After purchasing my vehicle, he sat with me for over an hour walking through all the features and making sure I understood everything. He’s even supported me with a few additional questions post sale. Overall good experience and I would recommend buying a vehicle from Oliver at Superior Ford.

Dylan did a fantastic job showing me vehicles and helping me find the right one for me. The overall experience of buying a truck was simple, quick, and exciting.

I worked with Dylan and he was fantastic! He was easy to talk to and actually listened to what I was looking for in a new car. As a first time buyer, he (and the Superior Ford team) alleviated some stress and helped me through the process from start to finish. Great experience!

Fords defective lug nuts do to swelling resulted in an incomplete service call. FYI, no warranty from Ford on their defective lug nuts. So disappointing. After purchasing 4 new Fords over the years it's time to look at new options. Side note, check your tires. You will be unable to change a flat tire if you have the defective swelling lug nuts on your Ford vehicle.Response to Owners response:Ford knows their lug nuts are defective and the dealership wanted to charge me $151.00 (parts only) to replace them. They are $15 retail on Amazon. It seems pretty easy for you to see what the solution is.Solution pending. Thank you for the fast response. Shawn and Natasha are fantastic at follow up.

Just purchased a 2022 Maverick from Mike Richardson! Fantastic experience. It was a tight turn around process as these cars are hard to come by. Mike kept me in formed and really hustled to make the deal happen. Highly recommend you talk to Mike!

I did not purchase a vehicle or use Superior Ford services.- The reason for my response is related to dealership ethics and customer focus.- If this peaks your interest, read on.- Nearly one year ago (Oct 2022), I test drove two 2022 Mavericks. I was ready to purchase and had a trade in. At the time both Mavericks didn’t have the features I wanted (Lariat package and Hybrid) which was ok. That is a sought after truck and they’re typically sold out across the US. Due to the demand. I’m in no hurry either.- the problem with the Maverick is, availability and dealerships charging more than sticker / markup.- a few weeks passed and the dealership let me know they had someone back out of purchasing their 2022 Hybrid with the Lariat package. Unfortunately Superior Ford wanted an additional $10K markup. The point of the truck is a budget minded hybrid.- I turned them down and passed on the truck. For anyone who is thinking of making a purchase at this dealership think of this:If a dealership is willing to take advantage of their customers by marking up a vehicle by 25% - this is not ethical, good customer service, and definitely not customer advocates. If the dealership is willing to do this for new sales, I believe their behavior would be similar for service, parts, and used car sales as well. They can’t be trusted. This is an excerpt taken from the Superior Ford Website, “At Superior Ford, We Believe in Customers for Life. Our Ford dealership in Plymouth, MN, aims to deliver top-tier customer service day in and day out.”If customer for life and top tier customer service is something you’d strive for, you may want to change your shady business practices.

LESS THAN SUPERIOR!!This is long overdue. I had roof rails put on my Explorer ST 31 July at ‘Notso Superior Ford’ and was FAR from impressed. They said it would take 1 day, it took 2. When I picked my Explorer up someone change the seat presets way back and bottomed out. Then my stereo station was changed and a Jonas Brother’s station added to my presets (I’m more of a metalhead). So besides screwing around with the steering, seats and radio let talk install. It was poorly done. The flat strips that run along the top on both sides were tweaked. One really bad. I was able to adjust the one the other was so bad I just had to show the shop manager. He basically tried to blame the Ford product. (interesting that he works at a Ford Dealership??)The next day I have notice on the dash Front camera doesn’t work, the cruise control no longer works and other electrical bugs have popped up. Clearly something wasn’t reassembled correctly or the screwed up a wiring harness. Going to Northland Ford to fix it, they are better to work with and I haven’t had an issue with them. Too bad they don’t do installs like this and I like wouldn’t have had an issue.

New Car manager Mike was very welcoming and very informative on any information I requested. Financing went flawless and Shawn in the Service/ accessory department was spot on for the Ford Accessories I had installed. Overall great Experience.

Any negative reviews should be believed. I used their MN Fresh Start program to get my vehicle and my partner's a few years back. Tema was very pushy and left my partner with a vehicle she didn't really want, but felt forced into. Fast forward to now. My car was totaled, and since I'm in sales and not afraid to push back, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and try again. Tema said I didn't qualify alone, which made sense because the loan wasn't off my credit yet from my last vehicle. I told him I would wait until that cleared. He went silent. I noticed a car on their lot (online) that I was really interested in. I had just received a big commission from work and got the loan taken off of my credit, so I sent a message online to go test drive the car. It paired me with a new dealer at the shop. I didn't care who I was paired with. Just wanted to test drive. We drove 45 mins to go test drive, and I was asked by Derek to see Tema again. Tema mentioned (rudely I might add) how I wasn't approved the month or so before that and he TOLD me that. I said I just came to test drive and explained about my current credit and income. He very rudely told me I didn't qualify, even with that new information, and not rerunning anything and wouldn't let my family and I test drive. He got extremely hostile with me. I teared up and left. No one else in the shop stood up to say anything. It was a pretty traumatizing experience. I didn't know you needed to qualify to test drive at a dealership...Stay away, if you can.

Utterly unacceptable! I dropped off my car at 8:00 AM this morning for service, expecting to have it back by the end of the day, or at least receive some updates from the dealership. But what do I get? Nothing but silence! The last update I received was at 11:45 AM, and despite reaching out to the service rep via text, there's been no response. Now, here's the real kicker – your service department is CLOSED! I have work tomorrow morning, and guess what? I DON'T HAVE MY CAR! No one even bothered to offer me an alternative solution if something like this were to happen. And your so-called "ChatGPT" customer service is an absolute joke. Thanks for the empty promise that someone will contact me shortly – it's been hours, and still, no one has bothered to reach out.I am beyond furious with this complete lack of consideration and customer service. It's clear that community and customer satisfaction mean nothing to your dealership. This experience has left me seething with anger! This is all I get from your 'AI' Customer Service.Any appointment that you are asking to confirm will require verification by someone at the dealership. Can I have your contact information (name + email/phone) so that someone from the team can reach out? I noted that you would like clarification regarding your service appointment, please note that you will be contacted by a service representative shortly. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

My salesperson, Oliver, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of Ford products. Even after the sale was complete, he sat in the vehicle with me and showed me how to use all the features and technology, even though it was past closing time for the dealer. This is the first experience I’ve had where the dealer seems to care about you, even after the sale is complete.
