I went to the store to upgrade my device and asked them to order a device which isn’t available in-store. The staff seems to be unprofessional and asked me to order it from my T-mobile app. I tried ordering it but due to some reasons the promotional offer isn’t showing up even though I am eligible. When I asked about it, they simply told me to call customer service. I ended up going to a different location (Maple Grove) where the staff they greeted me with warm smiles and was able to order a device within no time. I would prefer to avoid this location in future as much as possible.

What a great bunch of employees - All friendly and super professional in helping you the right way. I had to activate service on Apple watch and I got great service. Maggie is awesome and helped me fully with all the issues including porting over numbers and lowering my bill to the lowest amount !!

I purchased the Samsung flip phone and was told there is not a case made for the phone. Three days after my purchase the phone dropped 2 feet from a bench to pavers and broke. Brought it back in to see if they could help me and was told that I need to bring it into a Samsung authorized repair shop because we did not purchase a warranty (which was never offered) and guess what? They do make a case. I would have bought it immediately and my phone would not have cracked if I was told that they had one.

I visited this T-Mobile store a couple of days ago with the intention of upgrading my iPad. I was immediately greeted by Maggie upon entry into the store. We discussed what I was looking for and Maggie immediately started helping me with my request. I upgraded to a 10th generation iPad. I told her I would like help getting everything transferred from my old iPad to my new iPad and she said “no problem” and set about doing that for me. The new iPad also needed an update which she did as well! This whole process took a while and we chatted during that time during which I found out it was open enrollment for insurance on my phone and I got insurance on the new iPad. All in all it was a great experience that proves why I switched to T-Mobile in the first place!

If I have to wait much longer for service here I will cancel all my T-Mobile services and go elsewhere. I just need to swap out a bad gateway.

I was told the two sim cards I purchased would work in the towns in Northern Minnesota that I told T-Mobile I would be visiting. They could not have been more wrong. Zero coverage in that area of Minnesota. If you have travel plans to places like Warroad, Baudette, or other towns in that area, be prepared to buy a Verizon sim card in order to get a signal. The only reason for 2 stars is because the sim cards work locally.Nov. 30, 2022. I have yet to receive a refund as I was told I would while in their store. I have to assume that there will be no refund, full or partial.
