Just came at 2:15pm on thanksgiving because someone said they were open.I get out of the car and two workers came out as I was walking up with my daughter and says “Don’t even try, we’re closed.”Absolutely threw me off and was incredibly rude. They need better employees

My grandfather called looking for a substantive quantity of walnuts. The phone worker, Katie, was rude to him and threatened to call the police. Never going back

Nights are the worst here, majority of the time there is no one here to ring you up and they have the self checkout blocked for no reason. People can literally leave without paying and no one would notice. When there are employees, they don't even tend to you waiting in a empty lane with its light on.Employees walk around like a robot and won't do anything unless you interact with them and tell them you need to check out.Hope management changes this. If this wasn't the only store open at this time, I'd be shopping somewhere else.

I DO NOT LIKE the new self-check-out registers. The options come up on the screen IN RED. I cannot read them very well.

25 minutes to check out! Absolutely ridiculous. It wasn’t even busy!!! It’s a Friday morning, you would think there would be more than 2 cashiers working. One of which should not be a cashier; much much too slow. Besides having trouble keeping their shelves stocked, this has pushed me over the line. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN.

Here’s the deal, I did an online order (#179852) a week in advance for a my kids 6th birthday party. Got the confirmation email saying Cub had our order and the happy birthday doughnuts plus doughnut platter would be ready for pick up first thing Sunday morning. In the notes I gave information on who was picking up and everything. Get a call from my Mom with the bakery attendant saying they don’t have our order and don’t have a doughnut fryer so we are in a “best of luck” situation.Nothing was offered to fix the situation and we instead had to pay more money to buy the pre-made ready to grab doughnut holes. I called cub right from the number in my email confirmation and they got a manager. The big thing was what did I do wrong. Manager called me back and said they got the order and gave it to bakery staff who promptly lost it. I get human error - I too am one, but to not offer any solution to make this better was awful customer service. I think I probably would be less bitter about this if they had offered any way to make it right, but that wasn’t the case. If any other solution had been offered I probably wouldn’t be so heated about this. Will say I also did a pick up order from Panera for this 6th birthday party (for the coffee and bagels) and they were a dream to work with. I even changed my order and they were lovely and even loaded the car. 10/10 highly recommend Panera over Cub.If you really want to order ahead a custom bakery order to this Cub I would suggest calling several times to verify they actually do have the order. Here’s hoping others have a better experience and Cub offers solutions in the future when they mess up like this.TL;DR: caution in trusting Cub Bakery to fill the online catering order you made in advance. Their record-keeping is awful.

Love this location. It's clean, spacious (for a grocery store bank!), and the employees are kind and helpful. (I love that they have hours open on the weekend, so helpful. Not sure how much more convenient this location could get! I love TCF Bank and this is a great spot.

I had dealt with the bank on the phone and they told me they were sending me a new check card because Someone got ahold of my card number online and used it. A week later I hadn't gotten a card yet. I went in this bank and asked if they could check my account to see if a card was coming. He told me it wasn't but he was able to get me a card then and there. So I was able to activate it via the atm and be on my way.

This branch really does not care about there customers. Everytime I go or my family goes in they are extremely rude and don't care about their customers. I went in to open a new account at 6:30 and they close at 7:00. When I went up to the service counter, I didn't have all my identification needed so I went to the back of the line and called home to get it. I finally make my way up the line after a few min trying to figure out everything I get to the desk and I was like “ok awesome I got the info.†And she said “ Oh, just to let you know it takes about 45 min to set up an account and we close at 7:00,†in the rudest way possible. WELL WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT AT 6:30 !?!? This is just one example of their extreme rudeness to their customers. At the same time the other guy working was extremely rude to a senior man who wasn't called up by name and was sent back to the end of the line, but nobody was even the register, the senior didn't even know and was getting yelled at! This place is just rude and I'm so close to switching banks but I can't because it the closest one now that Buffalo closed (who were the nicest people ever). Anyway just over this place. 0.1/5 stars. Don't go here! 👎

The folks behind the counter are doing their best. However the customers in line don't have their forms of id, don't know their account numbers, and seem to be ignorant of what they want to accomplish today. I'm sorry for the great people who work here and have to put up with these people.

Desmon is a great guy and extremely helpful. Every time I visit this branch I will wait in line, or let others go ahead of me just so I can have him help me.

The manager here is not helpful at all and has an extremely negative attitude. She may have been having a bad day but that is no excuse for her rude attitude. Although, she did look pregnant so I will forgive her but I will probably never visit this location again.
