I’ve had battery issues this winter that caused me to delay my appointments more than once, and they were still incredibly sweet and found a way to fit me in each time. They’re thorough, honest, and make sure you understand everything you’re getting. The women up front are especially kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!”
“Had a slow leak in a tire. It was easy to make an appointment at the Plymouth Discount Tire. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They removed a screw and patched the tire very quickly, and they did it for free! I didn't know that places with amazing service like that still exist, but I'll now be a lifelong tire customer of this store.”
“Be prepared for 4 hour stay as 1000 tires are going to be unloaded by hand. 4am appts check in at dock door 5. Someone will materialize and you will give them your paperwork.(there is no actual shipping and receiving office)Their driver will vacate dock 5 and you will pull in afterwards. All docks are occupied during the night. Drop and hook will also take place so be out of the way(53footer same dock out in). Small trucks will vacate docks from 4am on. You may be woken up if you are in the way. 7am appts are unloaded after 4am appt leaves dock 5. I parked on horseshoe before. I don't know what happeneds when you are late.”
