Horrible customer service. They didn't deliver 1/2 my order. I went online to report it, tgey told me to call the store. I called the store and they told me to go online. Went back online, and they said the store will call me. I spent more time doing this than it would have taken to go to the store, and I still don't have my order or a solution.I'm sticking with Amazon.

This store is always good to me. The staff is helpful and friendly. Never had a problem here in the past 15 years.

older black gentleman at the front check out, stood there and refused to assist me with check in out using the pro member account, we spend around $60k a year at this place. I pressed the customer assistance button and he told another employee, I wasn't doing it right.. and refused to help me.. took another employee who was busy helping another customer to come over and help me! I will not return to Home Depot! Take our business else where..

A gentleman in the back working in appliances didn't bother to understand what I needed or go into detail about what could have worked for an AC in my house- also the customer service in the front didn't know what kind of AC would properly fit my wall or have any knowledge and what would work as well. I feel like I could be a better salesman or a more caring worker than that. Horrible way to go about running a store.

There was this Middle Aged bald guy with a raspy voice harassing me. I went in later at night and I had a ratchet in my hand and I was walking around with it and he starts to follow me everywhere I went and down every aisle talking to someone saying I had something in my purse I felt so uncomfortable I put it back and walked out. I went back in the next day hoping he wasn't working and there he was again I went to the aisle that I needed something for and he comes up to me and says oh your back and I said yes I'm waiting for my boyfriend to respond and tell me what I need to grab and he then says well I'm going to stay here with you because yesterday you walked out with something in your purse and you put the ratchet back when I walked around with you and you don't look like a mechanic so I don't know what you were doing with that and was judging me and just being the rudest guy and wouldn't leave me alone. When I told him just because I don't look like j work on cars doesn't mean I don't he said oh I know how these games are played. He called standing by me the entire time "making sure I got good customer service"

At the entrance a younger man pointed me to where to look for an item for ghafari. I went to the garden center and the lady who was there told me she doesn't think they have it but there is another gentleman in the back who might know. So I went to that other gentleman was busy, he finished his work and he walked all the way inside show me where that item was. Very helpful. Easy access to Highway 494 and plenty of parking. They seemed well staffed today including a gentleman giving candies to children. In Sweden they give candies to children only on Saturdays. Maybe you should have the same philosophy here in USA. Praying and leaving was relatively fast. The place was clean and very busy for Saturday morning. Shelves and items were properly put in their respective places. I would say it was a pleasant experience.

Another 1 star review to the collection. My cat has better people skills than their manager. Refused to help me unload a heavy piece of equipment and instead said it looked like I could do it just fine. Great.So how about I just dump it by the front door for you then? Insane. so instead of helping me or even just sending one of his associates he decides to get into a screaming insult match with a teenager. Very mature from a 50/60 year old man.Amazed he is still employed by ANYONE. Though I guess with the way the job market is right now nobody has any choice. Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service a store could have. I came in looking for a part and when they didn't have one that fit the worker proceeded to call the system and part I had trash and yell at me for wanting to find a component that would fit the existing system. A simple we don't carry that part would have sufficed. Truly appalling.

Staff has no idea what to do about coupons. Website sends you a useless link and when asked about it, they don't know. Guy acted like I was wasting his time and didn't offer to help.

Bought an expensive lawn mower here. Broke down within two uses. Honda told me to take it into the store, which I did, but after saying they would refund my money over the phone, the clerk said the manager, LES, vetoed that idea. It was Honda's problem. Asked to speak with LES, who came down, angry that someone had the temerity to ask to speak with the manager. Was antagonistic, indifferent, and rude. Refused to refund the defective mower, said I had to get Honda to repair it, like I still want a mower that breaks after two uses. But it gets better. they don't have a repair guy there. I would need to take it to a different Home Depot. LES the almighty turned and walked away without another word. I took it to the next nearest Home Depot that had a repair person but no one in Plymouth thought to ask if he was working at that time. Apparently, he's out with covid. So I had to lug it to a third party. I've lost more money dragging this junk around and still won't have it for four weeks. Who's going to mow my lawn? So I will never shop at Home Depot plymouth again. In the past two months, we bought the most expensive LG washer there, AND BBQ, and lawn mower, not to mention 30 bags of cedar mulch, et al. We were even set to remodel our kitchen through there. No more. From now on, it's Costco, who stands by their products, and hires people that genuinely want to help you.

Not making the effort to ensure people wear masks during a global pandemic until they get repeated complaints from customers. One of their staff harassed my wife this week after he followed her out to the parking lot and got upset when she told him to stop following her, he sulked off, no idea how he thought that would turn out. Home Depot is not a safe place to shop. There are some great employees working there on the weekend, though they are not around during the week. Plan accordingly and my advice is to support a local hardware store instead.

Went into this store Sunday evening with smoke coming out of my ears - my order needed for Monday morning for arriving contractors and promised by Friday, and had not arrived. Some bearded guy with a beard (Rex - how can you not remember that name) greeted me with a twinkle in both eyes (couldn't see his smile behind the mask) and "how are you today?" I wanted to punch him for being so cheery and ruining my bad mood. Expecting things to get worse when some newbie in customer service (Brenda) decided she would try to help, she didn't disappoint. She looked up the order and informed me the order was "scheduled to be picked Monday." WTF! It was supposed to be here Friday!!! Desperate now, she directed me to aisle 5 for other available options, and unfortunately, I found one that was both better and cheaper. The ear smoke turned to frosting when a manager gave me a credit for the replacement product - actually ran after me while I was walking out the door. Didn't get her name. When I got home, there was also a credit for the undelivered product. This epitomizes customer service. EXCEPT: please bring back the free coffee. I really miss it in the morning.

My wife and I purchased some LifeProof, Fresh Oak, Vinyl flooring from this Home Depot and the folks in the flooring department gave us the entire run down of the different types and the benefits vs the cost. Very helpful. The flooring arrived 1 week ahead of schedule at our home and we were able to return excess flooring about 2 - 3 months after we purchased it. I bought 56 boxes for around 1000 square feet of flooring and it arrived on a pallet weighing around 2000 lbs. The deliver service wheeled it right into my garage. Going to Home Depot reminds me of my childhood and the smell of fresh lumber is one of the best smells in the world. This location is excellent. Highly recommend.

They were just wonderful. Karen in paint helped me decide to try a sample color and I am so Glad I did. I would have purchased the wrong color. Then I was helped by the ClosetMaid rep and he saved the day! The guy in lumber was great finding me a scrap and that's all I needed. They all had masks on and each employee was so happy Great store
