My mother died unexpectantly in December, because of this we opted to try and do as much of the service ourselves to help with cost. I contact Jennifer at the UPS store on Vinewood to help with making the programs. She directed us on the software to use, how many programs and helping with errors and design. The cost was 5x's less then what the funeral home quoted us, but the service and care was 100x's better. I greatly appreciated Jennifer and her team during this difficult time.

This ups store is way too expensive. I sent them an email and they printed 1 page for $2.70 wow one page. Unbelievable.

The team at this UPS store has been wonderful to work with! I was working on a project with another Printing company, going back and forth with them for over 6 hours on exactly what was needed, and sizing. By 3:30 that day (a Friday) they said they were closing and could work on my project again until Monday. I called Jennifer at the UPS store at 6:45pm on that Friday, and she had my project completed before 11am the very next day, a Saturday! I can't express just how much this project meant to me and getting it printed so quickly with bright lively colors, under my time constraint was amazing! Especially after I felt I had wasted the day going back and forth with another company. You guys are the BEST!!! Thank you sooo much!

I came with a Simple PDF double sided that needed to be printed on small edge the 'expert' there was unable to change the settings . Unable to get my thing done I attempted to use their self service station until after 2 tries and being charged dis they say the self service station could not do double side - no refunds ; no service ; take your business elsewhere
