I had such a great experience at the UPS Store in Plymouth while getting my mom’s passport photo taken. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Kenny, who completely turned what could’ve been a quick errand into such a joyful interaction.
Kenny was friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. He made the process quick, easy, and even fun. He went above and beyond to make sure the photo looked great and met all the requirements, while also making me feel comfortable and welcome.
It’s not every day you leave a passport photo appointment smiling, but thanks to Kenny, that’s exactly what happened. If you need a passport photo (or any service they offer), I highly recommend stopping by this location—you’ll be in great hands.

Could you please tell me when the rude gentleman who opens on Saturdays doesn’t work or do I have to switch stores? He is always unpleasant. He even opened late one time and there were a number of people waiting and he didn’t apologize.

Kennie was the nicest and sweetest employee. He took 30 minutes of his time while the store was busy to help me print some posters that I had no idea on how to even do that. He made sure to research and find out ways that we could make it workout as we were facing some issues while sending the pdf to the ups’s email. Kennie is definitely the hardest working employee and he will make sure to help you with whatever needed.

I had a customer wrapped package, which I hadn’t wrapped correctly (I didn’t know it should have been in a box or envelope) which makes perfect sense. The worker explained to me very politely how for the next time it should be wrapped but said he’d take care of it this time. That meant a lot to me since I was in a hurry! I thanked him and said I would do it right the next time.

I’ve been here twice now for online orders I needed to return and both times I had excellent service with happy workers. The second time it was a non-Amazon return and the gentleman helped me process my return quickly and seamlessly. These workers are great!!

I wanted to send a frame to my granddaughter. The employee instantly bubbled wrapped and was so careful and knowledgeable how to box and protect a fragile item. I appreciate that kind of customer service very much! Thank you employees on Vicksburg ln in Plymouth, Mn

There is a young man who works here, I’ll catch his name next time. He is incredible. I’m a young mom often bringing my young kids on errands and I’m a society where people often judge or refuse to lend a hand, he stands out!!! He always asks and with permission gives my kids bubble wrap and pops the bubbles with them. He looked up a monster trucks name that my child was holding and asking about. He truly keeps my kids company / distracts them so I can get my task completed. He is a gem of a human. His customer service is impeccable and hard to find these days.

Went in to do a return shipment. Brought my item boxed and read to do. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and acted like everyone in there was an inconvenience. There were 4 employees all in a corner talking about something - not helping the line of customers in there. 1 girl working behind the counter. She was rude. Ended up being told I have to take my package to the post office. Might have been a blessing in disguise. I could not have gotten out of there fast enough. Will never be coming back to this location.
