“Just there for a day conference as a PCA for my client, but there are many issues. First, the handicap accessibility is lacking on the public restrooms; doors are heavy and weighted to close, no handicap door openers. Plus, the restrooms are too small to easily maneuver a wheelchair around in and safely access the handicap stall. As my client had other friends staying at the hotel, we found out that handicap rooms are furthest from the conference rooms and closer to the pool area. This poses a problem for those without a motorized mobility device to get to the events they want because of distance. When I brought up my concerns to the management, I was informed that the hotel was built in 1983, so it wouldn't have to have those features. I found this to be a poor excuse for not upgrading to meet ADA requirements.”

“We hosted a corporate luncheon at Warehouse Winery & the space was perfect for our group. We loved the eclectic design of the space and that we could partition off different areas for different needs, from a gathering area to the dining space. The AV equipment onsite was just right for our presentation and the venue manager was really easy to work with and accommodating to our last-minute needs. I would be concerned with parking if we had more than 50 people, but for our group there were enough spaces available along the street and businesses to fit.”

“Great brewery! Tasty beer, friendly staff, large and comfortable space. I really like the overall atmosphere, and it's in a cool and convenient location. They also host various events like cribbage and trivia and have rotating food trucks. It's a great place for meeting up with friends and I'll definitely be back!”

“The coaches are awesome and there are tons of options for various age groups and levels. We have our 4 kids in their programs and it's been wonderful to see how they have improved and gained strength, coordination and confidence!”

“I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I booked VR playtime for my son, but we had a great time! The overall vibe of the place was fun, and the employees were very nice and helpful. Yeah, we could just play on a VR headset in our basement but it was more communal and fun being at REM5.I was also surprised that our food was quite good! Since this place is first and foremost a VR playground, I expected the food to be barely passing. Instead, everything was pretty solid! We had waffle fries, mini donuts, and pizza.If you want to try out VR or have a fun night with friends, your kids, your coworkers... I'd definitely hit this place up!”

“I stopped in to buy a couple of gift and had a phenomenal experience. The store is set up for tasting many different flavors of oil and vinegar. Then, if you want to buy a bottle(or 5), the staff will fill up a bottle for you right there and package it. My personal favorite was the dark chocolate vinaigrette - it blows my mind that balsamic vinegar can taste like that. There's no going back to normal store bought vinaigrettes after you've been here!”

“What an awesome experience! Our child celebrated their birthday playing Laser Tag with 9 of their friends at WhirlyBall Maple Grove. Wes got us situated in our party room, and Rob helped us with our pizza and drink orders. Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Another crew member explained the rules and helped to coordinate the games in the Laser Tag arena, which was very spacious, clean, and had tons of fun dimensions added to it (walls, corners, windows, etc). The party room was clean and well-maintained, overlooking the WhirlyBall court, which was really fun to watch. There were NO hidden fees – the coordinators were communicative and transparent about how much it cost, what it included, and what to expect, which I very much appreciated. The entire staff were exceptionally professional, pleasant, attentive, and helpful in every way possible. This was a super great way to celebrate a teen’s special day!”

“We had our 25th Anniversary Celebration over the weekend on Lake Minnetonka & it was absolutely perfect! We were also married w/ Paradise Cruises so that is why it seemed the best fit to have it here once again! Captain Matt & Paige took extra care of us, my family & friends. To make it extra special, right before we were going to board, Dave, the owner of Paradise Charter Cruises, introduced himself to me & congratulated us. Now, that in my mind was truly special & something we will never forget! Thanks again for an amazing day! We all had an incredible time aboard the Paradise Princess II! We can’t wait to come back for another cruise on the water!”

“This place is so cute! I love coming here to work on my computer. They released the fall collection of treats not too long ago and I have been working my way through the menu. Nitro latte is undefeated. Almond cake and jumbo pretzels are great. Would definitely recommend for an afternoon treat!”

“We wanted Chinese food on Thanksgiving,well they were closed. So we thought let's go to the BC. Nick was working and they had the BEST turkey dinner we have ever had at a bar/restaurant. So much food and so good. I suggest, if they have it again next year, GO you will not be disappointed. And they had it for to go orders also. And yes you got a piece of pumpkin pie.GREAT JOB BC LEGION ON YOUR TURKEY DINNER.”

“Meat raffle on Fridays and Saturdays! Stay on your toes because they are exciting and go by quick!This VFW is always busy so get there early if you're going with a group.Food is about what you'd expect from a busy bar. Table service always seems understaffed, but they do a good job keeping up. My favorite is the pub Mac and cheese. It's just one of those perfect comfort meals. The flat breads are pretty good too. Big enough to share.”

“Made reservations for an early Sunday dinner online. Website is easy to navigate and menus are updated. Parking was super easy, spacious lot around the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and answered any questions we had. Food came promptly and was well paced between appetizers and main course. My mocktail was DELICIOUS. The ramen was good, but a little on the sour side for my personal taste. That may have been on me since I didn’t realize the mushrooms were pickled! Overall, good place for a nice meal out!”

“We stayed overnight to be closer for a very early medical appointment. The hotel was very easy to locate and parking was easy. Check in was quick and the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. The lobby is quite appealing in design and welcoming with ample seating. We appreciated the convenience of snacks and beverages available for purchase next to the lobby. Our room was large and very clean. We were disappointed to find the fan had been disabled on the heating and cooling unit. The room was a bit too warm and we wanted to use the fan for air circulation and white noise. Our only other complaint was that the bed was too firm. The bedding was nice and the pillows were very adaptable for any type of sleep position. We didn't realize until morning that there was a top sheet very tightly folded and wrapped across the bed so we used the duvet. The room had several handy amenities including a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave.”

“If you had told me my daughter and son in law were regulars at this place I would have been amazed. WELL, THEY ARE! And off we go to watch Purdue (son in laws alma mater) play in the final four. In fact, all their friends (I affectionately call "the squad") is also coming. We arrive and the squad is greeted by staff and regulars. A pitcher of Hamms beer arrives as well as wings. My daughter explains, "as soon as we walk in, that order goes in." The server, Heather, is beloved by the squad and she takes great care of them and they do the same to her! ? the wings are juicy and smoky. Very meaty. Pretty darn good! Atmosphere is hearty and happy. I can see why the squad comes here! Love the staff. Love the atmosphere (God Bless America). Love the down home food and libations! Yes, looking forward to my next visit!”

“Amazing wedding location in a timeless building on Lake Minnetonka. This historic club and golf course boasts lakefront golf and a wedding view with a gorgeous ballroom. It is very difficult to book and is a membership club but our event was fantastic too to bottom. I officiated the event and it is one of the classiest venues in our area. Their vendors are fantastic and you have the option of a boat ride for the bride and groom which was fun for the wedding party!”

“Went for a White Party and had to pay double to get in. I can see 1 1/2 times addmittance, but 2x....probably finda new place to party Wayne!!! Found out owner had nothing to do with what they were charging at the door so I changed it from 3 to 5 stars. They haven't been open since covid started. I miss this place! Hope they'll open soon!!! Update they're back,! Open until 2am!!!(5/7/2021)”

“Location is great. Staff was super nice.. hotel is clean. No dust bunnies in the corners.. windows and mirrors are fingerprint free. Smells clean... BUTthe hallway noise levels can be an issue.. maintenance needs to check and repair the seals around the door jams or make sure the doors are properly aligned or both ?”

“2 room suite:Issues/poor observations:-Chosen for having EV chargers - They weren't turned on and the front desk did not know how to turn them on. They finally turned them on at 7am which was a bit late for an overnight charge.-Some rooms face the interstate and would be a bit louder noise levels (our room was not this way)-AC is extremely loud and could not sleep with it on. Even turned off there was an air sound like a white noise machine on medium, at least I could sleep, but again, not quiet.-Ceilings are medium height yet the showers are installed at the lower point in the wall so anyone over 5'5" is ducking to get under the water.Quality items:Clean rooms/grounds - well kept courtyardGreat breakfast selection and quality. (See pictures for details)They are renovating but none of the renovations caused any inconveniences or annoyances.I did not use the pool or fitness center.The location is convenient.Overall nowhere near the level of what they charge for rooms at this time.Rooms: Clean, watch out for loud AC.Noteworthy details: Has EV charging if they know how to turn it on.”

“Been coming here pretty consistently for awhile. I love the environment, I’ve met some really cool people coming here! Really fun during the week especially when there’s leagues going on or when they’re practicing! Thursday is the day to go if you want to be in that type of setting! Everyone I’ve talked to on the staff team is very professional, friendly and welcoming! They have great service and keep the place nice and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.”

“I stayed here for a work training - Region III. It is beautiful! The conference area is great - it has a lot of space and separate areas.Rooms: The room I had had windows right next to the interstate. It was LOUD - I did not hardly sleep at all! If I had a room on the other side of the building, any other of the 3 sides, I'm certain I would have slept great. The rooms are big.Food & drinks: The food is really good at the restaurant! Lots of options. Super friendly staff.”

“We had a table of 19 and the manager was very accommodating. The staff were absolutely fantastic and we never saw a bottom of a glass. We explored many of the menu options from the short rib tacos to the lobster rolls. Everyone agreed that the food was a 10/10. Bold and beautiful flavors! The presentation was also beautiful and not lacking. The relish tray like most supper clubs have, was also a pleasant experience with a cheese pâté, boiled egg, sweet pickles, potato salad and more. The ambience was 2nd to none and we will be back for a date night as it has a really romantic feel. We are a loud Minnesotan family that enjoys family and friends. “Wonderful employees. Checking in went smooth and breakfast crew were super kind and helpful. Was very busy upon check in but line moved fast. Lots of food options and plenty places to shop in area. Only downside is pool has special hours which we didn't know upon reserving room. Had to switch days last minute thankfully before they got booked up. Pool is only open on weekends and not Sundays after 12p. Much higher price while charging card than previously said on website. Was an additional $100 than previously shown on their website when they swiped my card. Definitely check the fine print and expect to pay over $300. Does include breakfast though and rooms were spotless.”

“We hosted a 40th birthday party for my wife at Mainstreet Bar and Grill and it was a HUGE success.Leading up to the event the level of care and communication was top notch. We were able to reserve their private room which equated to nearly a 1/3 of the entire bar and the space was perfect for our event with 50+ guests.On the night of the party the set up was perfect, from the food to the seating, and allowed us the flexibility to bring some of our own decorations as well as desserts.Elayne and her staff were awesome and kept the drinks flowing all night long. I can’t recommend this enough for your event or even just a fun night out. Will absolutely be back!Thank you!!!”

“The place definitely has a monopoly on the location of downtown Wayzata. As for calling itself a boutique hotel, they still have some convincing to do for $300 a night. Service was impeccable, everyone was always willing to help and get you what you needed, and they did have some included amenities like a bike to borrow and a fitness room. The coffee shop in the lobby was anticlimactic. They did have a nespresso machine in each room which was great, but including some cream or a little pitcher of milk and a frother would have been great instead of getting an espresso shot to start the day.Rooms: the beds were comfortable, but our curtain was missing the stick to open and close, some of the outlet covers were installed upside down, and there was no fan in the bathrooms. The dual rainfall showerhead was fantastic though!”
