Store advertised that they were open until 5pm. Door was locked when I arrived at 4:30. Employee was sitting in their car in the parking lot and zipped over to unlock the door once they saw me get back in my car (frantically searching Google for another Verizon store). Once inside the employee (adult male) called me (adult female) “honey”. Disgusting. Inappropriate. Sick. He only wanted to sell me a phone and a contract even tho I clearly stated I wasn’t going to do that today. Just a gross experience all around. I’ll be calling later today to make a formal complaint regarding this employee.

I had a frustrating experience at this location. I traded in my phone in-store but was later incorrectly billed for not providing a trade-in. Over the past several months, I have gone back and forth with Verizon, including multiple in-store visits and meetings with Bobby and the team, who assured me the issue would be resolved and credited to my account. Despite these assurances, the charge remains. While they had no issue processing my payment, recovering the erroneous charge has been nearly impossible. At this point, I may have to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau. I traded in my phone for an upgrade credit, yet my account was automatically charged $400 due to an alleged missing trade-in. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this location.
