They used to be good, but not any more. Four days ago, I received an email saying a refill was available for pick up. I went there today and they said I didn't come in within a week, so they returned my Rx. They said if I waited 15 min, it could be refilled. Then it turned into up to a 30 min wait, and then eventually they said it would be at least another 30 min wait. They kept telling me it was my fault I didn't stop in within 7 days, and didn't listen that fact I was notified only 4 days ago. The service has gradually decreased at the location, which is causing me to go to another pharmacy.

I really appreciate that when we came in to get meds to treat an urgent condition on a Sunday, they said it would be on shortly over swing back in a bit, then closed 30 minutes later. I can tell this store really cares..... next time I would appreciate the heads up you close in 30 minutes.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. I had a prescription that was not covered by my insurance and it was going to cost upwards of $300, but the staff went out of their way to help me, applying coupons and reducing the dosage. They knocked the price down to $47 after some finagling! I was so grateful and impressed!

Beware if you are looking for a long term maintenance med relationship. The pharmacy manager at this location has no concept of customer service or serving the public which most of us do every day. I've been filling my scripts here every month for three years. They consistently run out of a very common BP medication which requires physician intervention/approval and have at times sent me to other locations to pick up certain medications because they don't stock it. Totally cool until they call Saturday am with a scolding For being "late" to pick up a refill order, and then making every excuse at the window for why the crappy experience is my fault. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate a reminder but not a scolding. Americans spend billions on prescriptions every year, we all have a right to transparency and a good experience at the window with no surprises. Walgreens needs to get the message of serving.

Great location for the area. Very clean and usually well stocked. Pharmacy is great and fast, so helpful and accommodating. Pharmacist is awesome I only wish the pricing was better and that they offered more things. Some of the employees up front aren't always the most happy, while others can be awesome.

If you have a juvenile child just know that they will more than likely be followed around the store and possibly searched before leaving.
