I have been to this pharmacy twice but I will never come again. My prescription was supposed to be ready at this location but when I got to the pharmacy they said it was not ready will take an additional hour. Stayed in the area for 4 hours before my prescription was ready

Terrible customer service. Most notably, called to check why my photo order was taking so long and they said that their printer has been broken for 6 months. Never got a call or email stating it was cancelled, and still waiting for my refund...

Horrible experience, went to take passport photos. One staff said he’s calling another staff who will take the photos. 30 mins later I am still waiting, the staff says the other person is counting cash. For 30 minutes??? Walked away from the pharmacy without any service.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but wow, how this pharmacy has pushed me to the edge. I've reached the end of my patience. The pharmacist (I don't know his name, a man) is so unhelpful, condescending, and rude. I've had multiple experiences with him, it's horrible every time and just gets worse and worse. For months, my insurance company and the nearby CVS have been doing their best to help me get my medications and get my prescriptions transferred, but they can not even get ahold of this place. If you actually need your medications, like pretty much everybody, this would be the last place to trust. It's an absolute nightmare dealing with this pharmacy and pharmacist.

Absolutely terrible service. Forgot 1/4 medications I ordered and have been in withdrawl for 12 days and am not able to receive it for another 2 weeks because I am paying out of pocket. Tried another location and same answer. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Made an appointment for two vaccines. Waited an hour before getting one and then was told that they don’t have the other one. Two other people who were two vaccine appointments behind me walked out without getting theirs when they heard that the two appointments before them were still waiting. I should have too. Some process is broken here. Go somewhere else for vaccines.
Giving 2 stars since the regular pharmacy service has historically been decent.

I was on hold 19 min then the phone starting ringing and disconnected me ? Really. Another bad WalGreens .

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever had to go to. The pharmacy is a joke. The staff there are awful, & so rude. The drive-thru takes forever, and it takes way too long to get your refills compared to other Walgreens. Also, the staff at the registers are rude, and look like they hate working there.A terribly ran store.

I don’t like it that I have to wait every time one or two hours just to get my prescription, when they have no people waiting at all , next time I will go somewhere else.

Just left there. Needed help with the colognes. Asked the cashier if there was someone to help, waited 15 minutes and saw nobody, ended up walking out. TERRIBLE customer service!!
