Very poor customer service, I wanted to purchase items that were locked behind a jewel case. They lost the key for it and told me to come back.
Very incompetent employees who had me wait for an hour while they tried to find the key.
They said they only have 1 key. The manager said they only have 1 key also. Imagine seeing something you drove over 40 minutes to go buy only for them to say sorry we can’t have you buy it and come back.
They didn’t offer to hold items for me or take down my information so that they can call me when they have access again. To say I’m angry is an understatement.

am traveling International in August and have been working with my Doctor, insurance and pharmacy to figure out, how can I get extra refills for my medication. Last week I picked up my July refill and asked the pharmacist at this location if I can pick my refil for the month of August since I am traveling and they said YES and confirmed that they can run this again next week to process the refill and I should be able to pick up my August refill in a week. I called my insurance for vacation over ride which they did and wanted my pharmacy to call them so they can provide codes needed for this to go through. I called walgreens again (Friday 19th July)and pharmacist said they don’t need to call as they can manual enter codes and also confirmed that it went through and I can pick up whenever I want. I called them today July 25th and they throw a bomb on me saying I cannot pick the refill as it is less than 25 days. As per walgreens policy I can only pick after 25 days????That is what the Vacation over ride is for, right?? Vacation over ride would allow me to pick my medication before 25 days. That is the reason I have been working with everyone since last week so I get my medication. Walgreens never told me this the entire time when I was working with them, called them several times, physically visited couple of times, every time I was told it would be insurance and by doctor who would need to approve. It was never that Walgreens would decide if I can have medication or not. I called my insurance again and found out, walgreens never called them to get this vacation over ride taken care of, they lied to me, they didn't, my insuranceconfrimed that I am eligiblefor over ride& they ran it, it went through, also said if walgreens would try to run it, it would go through. But looks like walgreens does not want to work otherwise how can pharmacy deny giving medication to patients if patient has approval from Doctor and insurance. Never heard of this before, RIDICULOUS. Highly disappointed, would travel with out medication. Have spent 3 weeks talking to everyone to make sure I get my medicine but what a waste of time and effort. Wish can give them zero starts. If they would have told be this last week, I had time to make some arrangement

Never have enough ppl. Wait time 30 minutes n to drop off fedex. Same issue with pharmacy. Always not on time and rude

Very nice staff always. All of them are pretty helpful and courteous. The lady with the curly hair, my bad that i still didn’t catch her name after so many years, might be the chief Pharmacist, super nice lady, goes out of the way to help with a query. Same for the only male staff at the RX counter with specs. Pretty consistent guy over the years and also very helpful!

Do not go here for any flu/covid testing. They did not have supplies, despite having appointments online, and they did not apologize.

Zero stars if i could give zero. Called to ask if a prescription was in stock. I was told it was and even if they sold out they could get more from the warehouse within 24 hours. Called later to see if the prescription was ready and the automated service advised it would be after 1pm. Went there later in the day and the lady said the prescription was on backorder for 7 months. I explained that I spoke to someone who confirmed they had it and the automated service also indicated my prescription would be ready after 1pm. The lady was rude and basically acted like I was in the wrong. Super crabby and unapologetic. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

One of, if not, the best Walgreens I have visited. I am new to the area so I have had to make many runs for missing odds and ends; I am always greeted by the kindest staff! Their cashier, Sophia, is such a nice kid and has helped me locate the more obscure things i’ve needed. Great store.

I switched to this Walgreens a little while back after a horrible experience at the one on Vicksburg Lane. The people have always been so nice and extremely helpful. However, yesterday I went to pickup my prescriptions from the drive thru. When the woman started helping me, she was incredibly rude, dismissive and totally unprofessional. I told her I had 2 prescriptions to pick up and she rudely said they weren't ordered. I told her I had received confirmation saying they were ready and she told me that wasn't possible. After telling her what I needed, she said I had to come back tomorrow. So today, I went back through the drive thru and the woman looked at me and gave me a dirty look. My daughter even noticed. She made me wait a couple of minutes and finally asked my name. She pulled my perscription and gave them to me. I have never had such a rude exchange at this Walgreens. I understand, times are challenging and stressful, but I don't believe she had any reason to be so blatantly rude!

Prescription was placed Friday afternoon. Tried to pick it up following Tuesday and was told that the pharmacist was on their mandatory break. Fine. But script was placed 4 days ago, was told “we are weeks behind.” That’s kinda scary for a pharmacy. Was told I can come back later that day, pharmacy counter closes at 4 pm and drive through at 10 pm. Came back to drive through at 8:53 pm and was told they’re closed and I can “come back tomorrow 8 am to 8 pm, oh actually, 6 pm.”

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy. Everyone is great, knowledgeable, and helpful! Special recognition to Pharmacist Debbie, who is always kind, compassionate, and really cares about people. I’m grateful to everyone that works at this location.
