My car looks new. There is no sign of the hail damage. It did take them more than a month.They did excellent work but seemed understaffed.

Not a good customer care . When I first drop off 2 weeks . It pass 2 week I called them talk to Carlo's he is so rude and said I can’t help it . Now Iam passing 3 weeks for bumper change . If u can don’t go to walser in Plymouth .

Top notch customer service, understanding the worlds not perfect I wish my brand new vehicle was an exception, the final painted vehicle was not showroom new finish , minor blemishes in the paint and at the right angle you can see the mud work with ripples I also had minor damage to my vehicle while on their property which was replaced ( thank you for your honesty ) lastly I had minor interior scuff marks on a panel no idea how that happened. Understand I ordered and waited 6 months for this brand new vehicle to arrive put 900 miles on the vehicle when a deer hit my door, as for the scuff marks to the interior panel I have yet to put anything in the cargo area so this damage was not caused by me. As for bringing the vehicle back, I’m two hours away and waiting another couple of weeks to have the problems fixed is a very frustrating thought to say the least.

They replaced a door for me. It only took like 32 days, so I had to spend extra to rent a car longer than insurance could justify. Brightside, when I picked it up, almost all of the pieces were attached, and after showing the workmanship to the manager and convincing him, They took it back and attached the front pillar cover. Meanwhile, only partially blaming me and denying they could possibly have touched it despite having to remove it to do the work.

Super hard working staff behind the counter, and best in industry body techs and painters. The in-house detail pros do a super job of even the toughest jobs. This facility has great rental choices as well should you need a loaner.

My car had damage to the left rear quarter panel, which Walser's professional technicians repaired perfectly. And, they cleaned up the car so that it looks really nice inside and out, plus it even smells good. They were fast, and I would recommend their services to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

THE WORST SHOP TO GO TO! I Called December,26/19 to make un appointment they made January, 6/20 they said ur car will be ready on 01/15/20 I called 1/13/20 they said ur car will be ready on 1/15/20 I went there to pic up my car they said we haven’t finish yet I checked my car they haven’t started yet the manger told me they need another 10 days to fixed I took my car to a different shop even though I paid 2 weeks of rental car.

Horrible service my husband took our Hyundai Santa Fe sport SUV over a month ago, that place was recommended by the dealership they said the car had a lot hail damage including the roof and the windshield was cracked . they said needed to order the roof, then almost 3 weeks ago they said they got the roof and it was going to be put up then the car will be send for painting 3 weeks ago they would suppose do that. We had not other car and for over a month me and my husband we are sharing one car and this it’s interfering with our work schedules. Every time we call the shop the person there tell us the same thing over and over that they working on the roof and will be done on Friday then again Friday for 3 weeks they are been telling us the same but it does not happen. We are so stress out with this people that we will never ever use them for our cars In the future and Walser dealership will lose us as customers since this it is a lease they are getting their lease payment monthly and we cannot pay for an extra car.

I always have a great experience here getting work done on our cars. They are so friendly and efficient. They do great work and explain everything so well when things come up.
