I was here to open a new account for my wife and had a great experience. Bettie walked us through the process and asked us to bring required documents before hand so that once we are at the bank everything went fast and smooth. I would recommend taking an appointment .Thank you Bettie!

I always have a great experience at this Wells Fargo location. In fact, sometimes I drive out of my way to do my banking at this location because of how great the customer service is here. Michael Walker has always been so helpful and super professional when I have reached out! ?

What was supposed to be a 5 minute drive thru transaction turned into a 3 hour ordeal because the teller lost my drivers license. Yes, LOST my license. After I was told that they would call me when they found it, I decided after an hour of waiting to return to see if they had found it (since no one could bother answering the phone). Between the three tellers and the manager that were behind the counter, NOBODY was actually looking for my license. After telling them why I returned they told me that they had to call someone in to move the machines and drawers because they "couldn't do it themselves". It was abundantly clear that they did not care after they literally told me "it isn't a big deal" and seemed to be baffled by my return. The only helpful person in this situation was the guy who came to move the machines and drawers, as he genuinely felt bad about what happened even though it wasn't his fault. Every time I tried to speak with the teller that lost my license, the other teller and her manager (whose names I did not get) would start speaking for her- it was suspicious. However, once I was finally able to speak to the teller who lost my license, I was even more enraged because she kept repeating "it just dropped" and played d**** Her manager also just sat there and gave me the death stare the entire time. I received no sincere apology at any point during this incident. Then, once my license was found, the third teller, Cindy, was very unprofessional and screamed at me "Here it is, no one stole it" in a sarcastic, condescending tone and proceeded to roll her eyes as I walked out. The incompetence and rudeness I experienced at this Wells Fargo location has caused me to highly consider switching banks, a decision I will likely make after this atrocious experience. Never again.

I have been here multiple times and they were very efficient. Whether it's drive-through or walk in. Even my work they do business with them on a daily basis. It took me three weeks to get an appointment for a legal document, but I was welcomed by name And Michael took good care of me and the answer to my questions. He was very knowledgeable. And less than 15 m I was old and happy. Relatively easy access and good access to the highway. In and out it's kind of tricky, but plenty of safe parking

There’s nothing I enjoy more than waiting in line in a bank because I can’t deposit money with the ATMs because they’re not functioning only for the bank teller to see her friend behind me and serve her instead of me after I stood there for over 10 minutes. My entire transaction was less than 60 seconds. Meanwhile her friends transaction took over 15 minutes and counting because she was still there when I left.Do better Wells Fargo.

On Dec 27, 2021, I approached Fernbrook Ln N branch and wanted to have a simple legal document witnessed by a notary public. A young male staff looked through my bank account and then told me that a notary public was not available that day. I asked when would be available and could I make an appointment. He replied not until February next year.

Small business checking for a nonprofit is ridiculous! No one knows how to manage the accounts and you can't make an appointment to see a banker. It's good Girl Scouts yes to enforce financial responsibility by having 2 Co signers on an account, but Wells Fargo makes it impossible to follow those rules. Unless you want to keep on troop volunteers who are no longer pay of the organization as your treasurer. I finally reached one banker who was able to file a complaint based on my experience, but even that has yet to be resolved. Makes me not want to volunteer anymore

The drive through is ridiculous, I get that its "Covid Times" and things take a little longer but when all 3 lines are 4-5 cars deep and don't move for 15 to 20 minutes per vehicle it's ridiculous. I have spent up to 40 minutes in these lines before. Gotta figure out a better system folx.

Sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to make an appointment to open a new account. Ultimately got "transferred" to a representative...which was really just the queue line for calling in.

I had to wait almost a month for an appt to close my deceased grandma’s account, got here 5 mins early even and it’s now 15 mins later and I’m still sitting here not getting helped. If you’re going to force people to have appts, you should be respectful of people’s time. This is terrible customer service and it makes me want to close all my accounts with WellsFargo.

Do not waste your time. We went in to open an account and they were not helpful. They said come back in 20 days. Goto US Bank down the street.I emailed in like Wells Fargo requested and nothing since then. I stand by my review.

After waiting two months for my driver's license appointment it is now time to secure documents from my safe deposit box. Well, I can't do that unless the bank answers the phone. Zero stars for Wells Fargo.

The people that work at this bank are nice and helpful but the phone system Wells Fargo has is nothing short of frustrating. I called the Plymouth branch to see if I needed to make an appointment. I had to answer many questions on an automated system only to be disconnected after 10 minutes. I called back, the same branch, and again had to answer all the questions. I was then rerouted to someone who told me I needed to make an appointment and that I had to call the Plymouth location. I DID call the Plymouth location but since no one answered the call went to another location. OMG!!! This took nearly 30 minutes and I still NEVER got to speak to anyone at the Plymouth branch. I ended up driving over there so that I could get an appointment. What a joke! The phone system that Wells Fargo has is awful and they might consider employing enough staff to give people decent service. After years and years (since they opened in Minnesota) of being a customer at Wells Fargo, it's time to look for a new bank!
