Truly our favorite place to camp. It’s right off of the bike trail so easy access to trails. You can float in the root river around the campsite. It’s about an hour and a half float which is so nice. The site is always clean. The barn has the best cheese curds. The food has never really disappointed us flavor wise! They have a covered pool area that our kids live in when it’s hot. Bathrooms are always kept up which is nice. Because of the proximity to the root river there are hardly ever mosquitoes like in other parts of the state.

Stopped in for lunch while bicycling the Root River Trail. The food was great, and the service was awesome!

This place epitomizes what is wrong with our watershed as they’ve built a golf course abutting the river with zero buffer zone. The family rooms at the barn have no noise insulation between you and your neighbors, and the smell of weed permeates the space from the adjacent hostel.

Review for the restaurant: Had a great meal, the wraps are fantastic. Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap with the beer battered chicken was awesome. Service was great, quick and friendly

The food is delicious. We love the loaded tots. Wish they had Coke for Captain “Coke”. Hendricks Gin or Bombay Sapphire would also be great! I realize you use Pepsi for your Soda’s , but if you could carry a few cans of Coke would bring us back more often or stay longer.

We love this place! There is so much to do between golf, the pool, the river to float, the bike trail, the restaurant, the outdoor shed bar and the cute towns nearby. The customer service is impeccable. Food is delish.

Walkability: The tubing run and golf course are both close to the campsites and roof covered pool is right next to the clubhouse. Also many miles of bike trails and trout fishing.
Food & drinks: The campground has a clubhouse/bar and grille. The food was good and the drinks were nice and cold. Pretty standard prices

One of our top 5 places to RV. Great campsites and clean location. Scrumptious restaurant and bar. Today I requested a ladder to help in installing a SIM card on the roof of my RV. My request was handled immediately. Eric delivered the ladder to my RV and held the ladder while I switched out my cards! Eric was friendly and happy to assist. OBR has “old school” customer service values!!!

Couldn't get a better camping spot than this for your family camping adventure. Nestled right next to trout fishing and golf, there's a beautiful restaurant located in the huge old renovated barn. Minnesota nice takes a nice turn here.

A little chaotic on weekends but it is lovely during the week. Great amenities and very scenic with a lot to do whether it’s swimming, biking, tubing or just relaxing.
