Good communication, although the workmanship is lacking. Had to go back to have the job finished up because I was waiting for parts to come in. Part of the front of the bumper wasn’t snapped into place needed to be addressed/fixed. I showed exactly what was wrong and they said it was all fixed. It was not. They offered me to bring it back again but I declined and said they should have done it right the first and second time. I personally wouldn’t recommend but check the workmanship before leaving.

Great experience all around. Did a wonderful job went above and beyond. Sent text messages updating me on the progress, made my vehicle look brand new and even cleaned the inside and out before picking it up. Great people to work with and a reasonable price.

Abra did a great job fixing up my daughter’s Prius after a raccoon hit. She’s a college student, they worked with her on getting the necessary components repaired at a price she could afford. The car looks great, was done in a timely manner, and it was also nicely washed up upon pick up. Everyone is helpful and friendly there every time we have called or stopped in.
They also did PDR on our Camry a couple years ago that was damaged by hail, the car looked good as new at pick up. We only have good things to say about the Princeton Abra.

Well, are you guys ready for another? One of my 100% true facts reviews while let’s get to it..!
Back in March, I got a 2025 Kia K4 then at the end of June I ran over a raccoon that cracked the front of my car cracked at the bumper right in half and did other damage to the grill area. Well today is July 14, 2025. I picked up my car and my God does it look brand new I will be posting pictures Within the next couple of days.
But I want to say Jesse you did a great job getting me in right away getting my car done within a week. It looks brand new and it ran great and my car was all nice and clean. I am 100% happy with the job. they treated me with respect they sent me daily updates in text messages. Are they called me? They never left me out of the loop so I have to say great jobs pictures will be coming.
