We had a large driveway and sidewalk installed at a cost of nearly $17,000 by Gary and his crew at Central State Masonry. Communication was somewhat poor from the start. Many emails were sent checking to see if he got our down payment, signed contracts, etc. He blamed a lot of the communication issues on “the wife”. She was helping while Gary had an injury and struggled to get around. We understood that and continued with the installation on June 21, 2021. The driveway and sidewalk were poured over a two day period. The morning after the sidewalk was poured we had a huge crack extending the entire length of one section of the sidewalk. We brought this to Gary's attention right away with pictures. We also pointed this out to his employee Rob while on the job. Gary told us the crack would be fixed and sealed. On October 6, 2021 Gary was contacted again about the crack along with more chips and chunks that have been happening in our driveway. He said he would send someone out tomorrow to fix and seal the areas. No one showed up. 5 days later when we weren't home someone came unannounced. We had the driveway washed and cleared of items on the day he said workers would be there but not the day they showed up. We had our boat parked on one section of the driveway. The repair to the sidewalk was not completed satisfactory. The crack in the sidewalk will allow water to get in and the sidewalk will have issues as soon as the ground freezes and thaws. Great company. They have done 2 projects for us and I will be calling them out for another project this summer. They did our foundation for the addition on our home and then poured concrete in our pole barn. They were fast to come out, gave me a bid right away and are very reasonably priced. They are also a polite, hard working family and did such a nice job. Thank you.

Had excellent customer service. They even came out to my home on a Saturday. If you are looking for contrete work, I would strongly recommend them.
