This is the second time my family has rented from this company. There seems to be a disconnect between the code you're given and the actual code to open the gate and get into my storage.
I had to get a temporary code to go in and start storing stuff.
When I returned in thirty minutes, that code was invalid.
I messed around with my original code and realized you have to push the (*) asterisk key twice before your code will work - **23585329#”
