We have had Pete do our taxes for many many years and he does an excellent job! Professional, Responsive, Courteous, Reasonable. I recommend him to everyone.

I have left them 10 messages, 3 emails and stopped by the office once (the building is for sale and locked). Very disappointed in the customer service, I have used them for 7 years. They have you mail your taxes . No e-filing.

hide the fact that he could not file our taxes on line.... not professional at all! took longer then he said... and had excuses for everything.
