I love US Bank, except Princeton MN branch is horrible, especially drive up. I can go anywhere in the US and get great, QUICK service, even in a grocery store, except Princeton MN and it makes no difference who the employee is... thru the years it is terribly cumbersome.

Don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but I came in with little knowledge of getting a car loan and he showed me how to navigate through the online app which led me to my first purchase.
