“Bought a truck from them back in April and wanted to get a couple months of driving the truck before leaving a review. After purchase we took the truck to a diesel mechanic and had a full inspection done, some minor work had to be done but mostly would be considered typical maintenence that should be done anyway so no complaints there. We got the truck home and couldn't figure out how to get the middle seat belt buckle buckled properly, to find out that the previous owner must have had subs installed and at one point unbolted the seat belt and installed it back incorrectly. They also left wiring in the truck too which was not properly capped or taped and is a fire hazard if it grounds itself out. There is also water coming in the truck when it rains heavily that we can tell by the seat and carpet being wet but have yet to be IN the truck when it happens so not entirely sure where its coming from into the truck. That being said I dont believe those issues would have been very obvious to the dealership so I cant blame them. We did ask if we can take the truck to a diesel mechanic to have an inspection done prior to purchasing and we were told only within 10 miles of the dealership which is kind of a bummer since we have a relationship with a preferred mechanic already that we trust. I will say the gentlemen were very honest and up front about their pricing, and how they obtain their cars and what they do with them prior to putting them on their lot. The experience itself was good, they worked diligently to help us get the truck the same day we saw it and filled the gas tank for us prior to heading home and thats always a bonus especially with diesel prices. When you buy a used vehicle it's almost always a gamble and I believe we got a good deal on the truck and hopefully it can last us years to come. I would recommend friends to buy a vehicle from them as long as they due their own due diligence when buying a used car as anyone should.”

I would say it's the best car buying experience I have ever had and I've been around for decades. Everyone we talked to there was very forthright, honest, available and I didn't have to deal with a pushy sale. I hate that. They were easy to work with and just very good people as I got to know while we did the paperwork.

I'm very pleased with the car, the quality of the car and would use them again. I also will recommend to others as well. The information we were given regarding the car, the paperwork they had to show and give us, was incredibly thorough. I'm not used to such a good experience in purchasing anything or customer service in the last years. It seems I'm always having to spend so much time trying to get problems rectified. Not here.
