After getting lime stain and debris on my black Chevy Colorado after parking in the ramp at the MPLS airport I scratched my paint finish getting the material removed. Brad gave me a quote to sand, buff and polish and if that didn’t work to repaintMy trucks hood. MPLS airport was paying. Brad got the work done timely and at half what his bid proposal was forBuffing and polishing. Great crew over there.

worst place ever. Brad tried to scam my insurance company. He wrote up parts that were returned to ford but billed out . He then polished my truck hood, leaving swirl marks every place and told us that is what happens when you polish! HaHaHa, what an idiot!

Worst experience I've had at any business in a long time. Owner tried to strong arm me into paying extra for a repair we'd already agreed on price for. He looked at the truck and we agree on $550 to fix part of the tailgate on my truck. Then he called me later and said there were a couple of other small dents that needed to be repaired and the price was now $850. If I didn't want to pay that I'd have to pay to put the tailgate back together. He had ample opportunity to see the damage before they did any work. And the other dings were clearly visible and very minor and on the one small panel they were already working on. There's no way that it would have taken more than 20 minutes to address those other issues as well. Again, he was perfectly able to see these items when we first discussed the price.This was one small repair that I was going to pay cash for at the same time they were doing $12,000 of insurance work after I hit a deer. The other repairs were of average quality. I would not take a really nice vehicle there. There a lot of imperfections on the paint, especially the hood. It's probably not the technician's fault, just below average facilities.He was extremely unpleasant on the phone about the whole thing. Customer service is very poor. I will never go there again.

I would recommend you shop around before you move forward with this shop.Quality of repair is fine, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to call the shop for updates (they never called me). I spoke with Brad (owner) about my repaired, when I asked questions about details, and questioned why the repair is taking so long, he was very short with me, he did not care that I am without my car, and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my questions...not a pleasant experience.It took almost 2 months (damaged car end of May and appointment was July 31st) for me to get an appointment to address the scratches and dent on my door. I called multiple times prior to my appointment to ensure they purchased all the parts they need for the repair (plenty of time to properly plan for the repair). The receptionist I spoke to ensured me everything was ready for my car to arrive...it wasn't.They told me I would be without my car for 1-2 weeks. That seems too long to go without a car. It actually took 3 weeks (picked up car August 18th) . They did not preorder parts for my car and told me the parts they did order would not work. They did not care that I am without my car for 3 weeks and was very short with me every time I called for an update.At one point I was so frustrated with the customer service that I was close to pulling my car and taking it to another shop.My repair is done and the quality of work is fine. However, I am never using this shop again.

Needed a topper on my pickup but had damage to the front of the truck bed by the cab. Stopped by with no appointment and they were able to look at the truck, said if I could leave it they may be able to get it in that day (a friday), they did get it done, charged a very reasonable price. The topper will go on without an issue of leaking so thank you for the top notch service.

Brad and his receptionist need to work on their customer service skills. They both made me feel like I was inconveniencing them at times when all I had were questions and trying to gain understanding of the auto body repair options and process from start to finish. The actual work on my vehicle was satisfactory. Thank You. Also when I read other reviews about getting car back cleaner inside and out I didn’t get any of that level of service. Thanks for the work on the vehicle and free bag of chips they give you I guess but all you need to do is ask the customer in a sincere way, “is there anything we could have done better”? ProFinishers was very easy to work with from start to finish. I hit a deer and they were able to get me in for an assessment right away. They worked with my insurance to iron out all of the details and the process was seamless. My car looks amazing and they even detailed it which I wasn’t expecting (but was a very pleasant surprise). HIGHLY recommend this business!
As a woman, I have too often been spoken down to and financially taken advantage of by other auto shops but NOT at Profinishers! After experiencing a spin-out on black ice this winter and sustaining damage to my front bumper due to hitting a guardrail, I was looking to have repairs completed quickly and affordably (I am currently a student and have a limited income). After voicing to the staff at Profinishers what I was hoping could be done to fix my vehicle, I was very kindly advised on what repairs were most essential (saving me money). Though a very busy season in regards to autobody work, Profinishers scheduled my repairs over a month SOONER than thier nearby competitors and made sure I got the best deals on parts. When it came time for pick-up, I was beyond thrilled by the final repairs! They completely and perfectly restored what was requested to be repaired and more! I had put off washing my vehicle in fear of damaging it further and had planned to wash it after pick-up but the staff at Profinishers had already done so for me, along with cleaning the interior!
The fair and kind treatment I received, along with the attention to detail this business prioritizes, literally made me weep in gratitude. Thank you for treating me so well and providing EXCEPTIONAL services! I couldn't recommend this business more!
