“The ONLY reason I am giving this a 5 star is because of Abdullah and the team at the office. They are always helpful, kind and understanding!

StateFarm on the homeowners insurance side is absolutely horrible!!! I opened a claim in August of 2025 because there was a leak in the ceiling. I called them to take a look because I was getting so many knocks on my door about a roof replacement. I thought I was doing the right thing by calling Statefarm first. The adjuster came and only looked at the leak and did not take any pictures of the roof. Then I received a check for $400 to fix my ceiling. The adjuster that came out, I wish I had his name so I could call him out by name was absolutely terrible. I was told that there are nail pops in the roof and that I just need to go up there and hammer them back in. I don’t know about you, but if I’m paying thousands and thousands of dollars every single year then that is not an acceptable answer. It is now the end of June 2026. After working with a public adjuster and four different Statefarm adjusters our claim was finally approved for a full replacement. Statefarm really messed up because they were just trying to run out the clock and ding our insurance They were a nightmare to work with until Abdullah got involved. If you open a StateFarm homeowner claim be ready for an uphill battle. They will only look at the specific reason that you called them about it because they are trying to pay you the least if anything. Our policy also went up by $1000 even before they paid us out for anything.

While this was happening I also got into a car accident. The auto insurance side of Statefarm is absolutely amazing I don’t know why there such a big difference.”
