Dropped my truck off for a tire repair. They couldn't fix it, ok. Then I said take the full size spare and put it on the Ford wheels. They said ok. I go to pick it up and they just put the spare tire on. I went to the office and talked to the old man he said no they won't do that. I said why didn't you call me then. He hand me a bill for $40. I said I could've changed my own tire in my drive way. He said don't get pissed at me! Seriously!!!!! You didn't do what I asked and you didn't communicate. It come to communication and no one can anymore! I was expecting something different and he had a horse crap excuse. Just lazy.... - 6 months ago I had a oil change there and they didn't put the sticker on the windshield, no big deal. I walk in to grab one and the old man again is annoyed. He threw a mini fit and walked to the shop grabbed one gave it to me to fill out. He was not happy with me. Like I was taking money out of his pocket!?!?!?? I was annoyed with this and should've gone back with a tire issue. - Tires and oil are easy and the old man makes it difficult. Either way he gets paid and that's all he cares about it seems. - Strongly recommend anyone els buy them.

I’ve never been disappointed in their mechanical services. They are all very knowledgeable, very pleasant to talk to and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg for their services. That’s always my to go for any car issues. ??

Are the pumps turned off at night, or are they just broken/inoperable? Went to go fill up tonight, entered Fuel Rewards, and it took 3-5 minutes to process. Then, it only pumped 9 cents of fuel and stopped. Glad to know my Fuel Rewards and time was wasted.

I am quite disappointed. I need to get my car looked at again by Shell, as they made $450 worth of “repairs” that caused further issues with the vehicle. Tom was unable to look at my car initially due to staffing issues. Then at 3 pm today said he would be closing early today and will remain for the entire weekend and that I would need to get my car there in the next 20 minutes in order to be looked at, which isn’t enough notice to be possible for a working mother of two. The owner blamed me by saying “it’s your fault you can’t show up to an appointment”, but his business is short staffed and unable to work with me to come up with a time for an appointment that works for both of us. Instead he was incredibly rude and basically told me to kick rocks- he’s closing for the weekend because they’re not busy (which confused me further as to why it’s so hard to get an appointment outside of a Monday during my work hours) and refused to look at my car until sometime next week when his shop is the reason my car needs to be seen again in the first place. I am appalled at how unprofessionally he had spoken to a long time customer.

We really tried to give our business to a local company. However, the lack of customer service and general crabby attitude from the owner and his son pushes us to go to a larger business that wants our business. We had work done that was inadequate and had to bring our car back in. We were told we had to have more significant work done at a significant cost. Our car still isn't properly fixed and we are out the money already put in. They refused to work with us and we will no longer use their services.

I went to The Prior Lake Shell station. I was driving my cargo van with attached trailer. No where to park but take up some parking lot and 1 pump space. I had 2 propane tanks filled. The cashier charged me $40.01. After running my card the cashier said I owed another $23.34 because he didn't charge enough for the propane. Little annoyed but I assume it was a honest mistake. I certainly don't know how much 60Lbs of propane cost but I need it. I loaded the propane in my van and hopped in my van, started it and put it in gear. The owner of the Shell station blocked me from exiting. I put the van back into park and rolled down my window to ask what's wrong. He said that I was blocking one of the pump spaces. I asked him if he had a better solution for my parking. We could booth clearly see there was no space for my van/trailer. He told me to park next door at the real estate office. Very puzzled I told him I'm his customer and just bought $60.00 of propane. He said he appreciate that but don't park in front of pumps. I hope for an apology. Hard to avoid the only propane filling station in town. R.Rettmann

Tom and his crew have been servicing my wife and my vehicles for 30 years, nothing but great old fashion, friendly and honest service. I will go no where else.
