“We had purchased a Samsung refrigerator for my daughter in the twin cities at a Home Depot store near her. There were issues with the refrigerator and I was getting nowhere with Samsung honoring the warranty. In desperation, I went to the Duluth Home Depot store near my own home to ask for advice and Dave in the appliance department was able to help me. He stepped in- right then and there to and call Samsung directly... and got them to correct the situation. This store had no obligation to us for what happened with a purchase in another store, yet Dave went the extra mile to help a customer out and I can never thank him enough. Selection of products is one thing, but customer service is what really matters. I shop at Home Depot and will continue to do so. I would recommend this store to anyone.”

I recently had arm surgery and you cannot tell but without them knowing they took care of the loading process and helped the checkout process as well. Very pleased with customer service here. “Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hitch that was in my truck was the wrong size and rusted in so one of the employees helped me cut the pin and pull it out. I wouldn’t have been able to rent the trailer if it wasn’t for him. I highly recommend this place for any equipment/trailer rental.”
