  Eric noticed me and truck broke down on a Sunday parked closed to Troys service center. Pulled up to make sure my girlfriend and I were alright and if we needed any help. Brought us battery jump pack to bring my truck into the service centers lot. Super nice guy.

  75 year old man in wreck there truck driver would let him get his meds threatened physically attack my father of 75 yeara old the cops backed him wen i tol him shut up back off a second let the guy 💂‍♂️ guarded the vehicle not letting us take anything before he could search and say nothing there 🤔 left us to walk from accident in -10below duluth police as well and cops said we didn't have a choice who towed us like the old man with replaced joints and history of heart attack and strokes needed the extra left outside no place to go but walk til u get to a business that's not a dick Aldi dulith let us sit and wait but errrrrr

  Shady and horrible.
  I was hit by another driver, the police called for a tow. The next day I called USA, they said yes they had my car I said great I will be there tomorrow to get somethings out of it and Troy’s would pick it up to repair it on Friday. I did go there on Thursday. Not once did he say he wanted cash payment or he wouldn’t release it. I thought USA and Troy’s were connected and I would pay all at once. So he would let Troy’s take my car and then had it for the weekend. Now he charged me 500 dollars, cash only. Suspicious! Told me Troy’s never contacted them to pick it up. So he lies as well. I know for a fact they did call. I didn’t even want to give them a one, zero would have been better.

  After a car accident, Frank came to tow our car and was so kind and wonderful! I hadn’t had a tow experience before and he explained the whole process. He even helped us out a bit more and dropped the car at the collision shop, which is near the yard, I wanted instead of creating an extra step for me, a teacher, on the first day of school. Should I need towing services again, I’ll definitely call these guys again.

  If I could give Big E 10 stars, I would. I had to have my car towed because the rear suspension rusted out. I was going to bring it to a service center, but he knew that there was a recall on my vehicle. He called the dealership and made sure that I was all taken care of. Had he not been the one to tow me, I could have been out a good chunk of money for the repair. Thank you!!!

  I had a great experience with this company. I called them about a week ago and asked them for help starting my car up. They were super helpful and came by at within the hour to help and the guy that they sent to help me was super nice and understanding he was ver knowledgeable as well. Man… I wish I got his name to give him his proper credit for be good at his job. Anyways me and this company are definitely in good standing.

  My car was dead and wouldn’t start, thought it needed a tow to the dealership but Joe helped me get it started so I could drive it to the dealership and avoid the tow charge. Saved me money and I really appreciated the extra mile they went to for me.

  My Roadside Service through USAA INSURANCE DISPATCHED USA TOWING at 10pm 19 July 2023. They never showed after I called and they realized I was Black . The dispatcher blocked me .Called USAA again,and to their surprise no tow service would come to 40216 zip code where car stopped. Had toadvise them this Kentucky, no Matter if it's Louisville. 24 hour towing is for WHITE PEOPLE ONLY!

  Locked my keys out of my vehicle at belknap kwik trip in Superior. $75 service with maybe a ten minute wait, since they also have a truck in Superior. Took him less than 2 minutes to get in to the 2000 Ford Ranger I was driving.(All the locksmith companies like minutekey and such sent me to a call center where they have a script with way too many questions and want $140 before even contacting someone to send out)Friendly and professional experience with both the person who answered my call and the guy who got into the vehicle (I think it was Big Al?)Thank you!!!!!
