“I started my business in April of this year, driving my 16 foot box truck all around the country. Saturday turned out to be my worst day in business, as I shredded an almost new front tire after hitting road debris in Duluth, MN. I made it only around 15min out of Superior on 53S, and my tired exploded. Long story short, I spent over an hour stranded on a small shoulder of a busy highway with no resolve due to the complete ineptitude of my insurance company and their lack of knowledge. I was told my vehicle couldn't be fixed on the side of the road, and couldn't be towed without disconnecting the driveshaft, both of which were completely false statements. When not a SINGLE other company within 2 hours of Superior would help me, I came across Duke Boys Towing, and everything changed. Not only were they courteous, but they actually seemed to care about my dire situation as well, and jumped into action immediately! Steven showed up fast, and had me loaded up and ready to be towed to Pomp's Tire in Superior in no time. He even picked up my triangles off the highway and put them in my truck so I wouldn't have to be in harms way any more than I had already been. I almost broke down in tears as I was so happy that somebody not only answered the phone, but they were there and taking me out of this bad situation. I cannot say thank you enough to Steven for performing his job as such a high level of accuracy, and the dispatcher Abbey for being knowledgeable and smooth with setting this up. I am not trying to be funny or cheeky when I say all of this, and I really mean this from the heart. If it wasn't for Duke Boy's towing, I would still be stranded 5 hours from home on the side of a busy highway with no resolve in sight. I joked with Steven that he was glowing like an Angel when he showed up, but I mean it. I have a 9mth pregnant fiancé at home who needs me home, and Duke Boy's Towing made that happen. I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Much love to you all! ❤️✌️????”
“I have bought two vehicles from this lot over the years. I like that they are not a high pressure sales lot. The sales guy doesn't stalk you around the lot, rather you get the luxury of roaming the lot and looking before finding him to talk about what you want. Will probably use again in the future.”
“Called for spray in bed liner on my 2021 f150. They were able to get me in on short notice, disposed of my old drop in bed liner. Took extra care to remove and reinstall my toneau cover, removed bed lighting, power outlet, bed hooks ect. before spraying. Very happy with the service and product! “This will be the only place I buy a vehicle from! We looked at many other dealerships and after inspecting the cars, I found something wrong with everyone I looked at.
Went to Up North, Sam asked what we were looking for and price range. Brought us a bunch of keys for different vehicles and said “check them out, take your time, and let me know if you want to check out any others”.
We left with 2 vehicles that day! Great vehicles, affordable, and reliable! Sam will make sure you leave with a vehicle you love with a cost you can afford! I now refer everyone I know to him!
