It’s hard to find customer service like S&S. They installed 3 beautiful garage doors in our new home over 10 years ago. We had a spring break and they had it repaired less than 24 hours after calling them!! Friendly and Courteous woman on the phone too!! Thank you!!

Bought a new house 2 years ago and one of the garage door units burnt out! S&S stood behind it! Came home from work and was already fixed with a new unit. That's great customer service! Thanks again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If you don't want trucks parking in your lot, communicate that to the owners of carrs, because we had dinner there last night and we were told it was okay to park alongside your sign if we were staying overnight. Instead you leave a passive aggressive note taped to my window instead of knocking, or communicating, or having any idea what was going on. Very unprofessional. There used to be a time trucks were welcomed here before y'all showed up, thanks for the treatment.

We've used S&S Overhead Door for many years. When Jake took the reigns the company grew into the best overhead door company in the area. We've tried other door companies in the area and no one compares. They are timely, knowledgeable, competent and priced well. We use them at our business and at our house. Thank you S&S and Jake!

they had originally installed our garage doors in our new barn while someone else had installed the one down at the house. when the tornados came last week we thought we found all the damage. it wasn't until we opened the door that we found that it had shifted a foot and we had to leave it open. they were amazing, came right out, were here for maybe less then a half an hour and even pointed out a flaw they corrected from the original install! now it doesn't squeak! could of easily charged us for a new door and we wouldn't of had a clue. thank God for folks that still care

Great quick service! I highly recommend S&S. I called a couple other companies and they were booked out 1-2 weeks. I then called S&S on a Friday morning and they were at my house that afternoon. I should have called them first! They fixed a broken spring and got my garage door up and running again quickly. Thank you.

Had 2 other companies come out (multiple times) and both kept trying to tell me I needed a new door. I’m not afraid of spending money but neither could give me a reason other than “it’s old.” Kept having cables break, among other issues. Called these guys, they came out once and fixed it, over a year later it’s working the way it’s supposed to still.I did have them quote new doors as well on another property I own, they were reasonable as well. Needless to say, I will be using them moving forward and have referred them to several businesses in town that have had the same issues I had. If you want someone to fix the problem rather then sell a new door-these are the guys, and if they say it’s bad, it is-very honest and trustworthy.
