Worst haircut in a longtime by the older brunette gal. Bald fade not blended in. The most annoying part is she acted she gave the best fade in town. Don't recommend.

I had went in last week and was dissatisfied with my hair cut and came in the next day to get it fixed. I ended up with same gal and left dissatisfied again. Now a week later, I've spoken with the Gm and manager at this location. Both were very nice and understanding. I went in today and the manager Ashley evened out the spots that were troubling me. She updated my notes so I shouldn't have the same issue again. If you come to this location. I've always had awesome cuts by Sue and Amy and now Ashley. I really appreciate the time Ashely took to make feel at ease. I had never had to make a complaint before this and kinda felt stupid for bringing it up. So thank you again for making it right!

Great hair cut for me. The staff is always friendly. Note they combine the Andover Station Parkway and moved them to Ramsey.

Lazy and choppy work. Not the haircut I asked for, at all whatsoever with long strands mixed in everywhere making it an awful mess. Stylists attention to their job was lacking.

Been getting my haircuts here for years and my last one was abysmal. Lady was too worried about other customers and hair stylists than my own hair. Messed up my hair terribly real bad my neckline is absolutely torched. I’ll pay $20 extra to never go Great Clips again and go to a real barber ☠️

Decent place, good quality cut. Some bumps after the cut however, on nape/sides of back.

Ramsey Great clips. Took my daughter to get her hair and was very specific on how I wanted it cut. 2 inches on top 4 razor on sides blended into the top. It looks like a mow hawk and is not even a inch long . This is the worst great clips around never ever will I step foot in there again!

worst place to cut hair. all the employees are rushing the haircuts and can’t even listen to the customer. I gave them a picture to look at and they decided to give me what they thought would “LOOK BETTER”. Never going back. I would give 0/5 if i could. I don’t care how you guys think I should wear my hair, it’s how I WANT IT. Paying $20 for garbage. Don’t waste your money and go here unless you wanna come out looking worse than you did going in. Can’t even do a proper fade/blend and constantly getting blade burns from them.

I live in Ramsey - not CA. This review is for previous haircuts I have had at Ramsey Great Clips for the past several years. The stylists listened to me, wrote it on my card, and gave me just what I wanted. I really appreciate getting a cut and it doesn't look like a fresh cut - too short! Thank you! However, I am giving a -1 star rating to the haircut I had last week. The stylist read my card, I told her I did not want an "old white-haired lady cut" - really short and close to the scalp. My card said to cut 1 inch off leaving 3 inches. She must have read it wrong, because she cut off 3 inches and left 1 inch! It looks like I've been scalped! I have a big event coming up this weekend, and my "hardly any hair left" looks terrible! It took a long time to grow it to the length I wanted! I'm so disappointed! Linda S. from Ramsey
