I had some issues down the road from the O’Reillys and called them up and talked to Paul. He was able to help me out very efficiently and knew what he was talking about. I’ve had issues with the Andover one since the day I started working on vehicles, I’d rather make the drive to Ramsey to deal with these guys over Andover any day.

I had a great experience with customer service in O’reilly yesterday, I walked in the door and seen that Josh was busy with customers , but he still took time to greet me at the door and welcomed me into O’reilly , an when he helped me to solved my problem he saved me at least $500 if not more from me taking my vehicle to the shop to get its diagnosed , it was a bad battery and I had corroded terminals he took the time to take them off the posts an cleaned them of corrosion , an he helped me install my battery an it only took less than 10 minutes to clean the terminals an put the battery back in ,and he was so nice an asked if there was anything else I can do for you today , I replied no sir you helped me enough today an saved me money and I thanked him, an his reply was that’s what I’m here for sir is to help my customers out and i appreciate who ever hired him he’s a good team member for the company an he also thanked me for stopping by an told me to have a great day.

Awesome experience. Every time I go here the guys know just what I need. I really appreciate people who know their stuff and aren’t just there for the paychecks. Every time I need a part, tools, or even just automotive advise, these guys know exactly how to help.

Normally a go-to place for me but when the service is bad I choose to go somewhere else. When I arrived, one employee was outside helping a customer and another inside was totally ignoring us, walked right by saw we were struggling to find what we needed and totally ignored us and went in back. Couldn't even ask for help as he disappeared. Had to wait for other employee to come inside from helping someone else.

My name is Joe, And I was very happy with Josh because I went to Autozone for them to diagnose my car an do an electrical test an a battery test an they didn’t want to help me so I came to O’reilly to have Josh do a electrical test on my vehicle an he helped me out so much because he also helped me install a battery after I just had back surgery so he installed it in less than 10 mins after I found out I had a bad battery so I appreciate the customer service that Josh had in O’reilly auto parts

The Best Staff By Far
I was in quite a bit of a pickle. The coolant tank on my car blew up, and the last one that I bought from Oriley’s was at a different store, halfway across the country, under a student ID number that I didn’t have anymore.
Paul and Jonson spent almost an hour with me helping me to track down the right store, the right ID number, and several other details to help me warranty the part that blew up. They went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road quickly. A huge thanks to them.

I went to get engine light checked for a new car I was test driving. Dave came out to help me and was so kind to look at different things that I have not even thought off. He was so patient with checking everything out even though it was 100 degrees outside. Dave was so professional throughout and had great customer service. I truly appreciated all his input.
