The app doesn’t work and when you call the 800 number the options don’t work either and in return end up paying outrageous late charges!!!!
I can tell you that the bad comments are obviously deleted…

It was a fantastic experience. Tiffany helped us with what we needed, helped to save the space for the timeframe requested. Kept in contact and helped us walk thru the payment options and also the extras like boxes and such. We are very happy with the location and also the service. I'm very happy we chose this place for our needs and storage requirements.

Had a great experience with Trish, called her in the office when I was trying to find my unit said building E but was really building B. She came out and stood by the building that I needed to go to and walked down to my unit to show me. Amazing service.
