I have had nothing but good things about going to RM. They always help me with parts, batteries, or just simple questions. All the guys there are easy to talk to and deal with. I would recommend going here for anything golf cart related.

Brought in our 1994 EZGO gas cart for a look over and tune up. They charged me $2,500 for a full tune up, replace many suspension parts, and a new carburetor.
Upon picking the cart up they had put a couple deep scratches on the front of the cart. They offered me $100 off the bill to make up for it and promised they'd talk to the tech and call me the following week. Got it up to my cabin, cart runs worse than before, they didn't replace either of the belts and clearly didn't drive the cart much, constant missing and backfiring.
Poor experience, never again.

Recently took my 2001 Club Cart in for Diagnostics test. Seems like no electricity was getting to the motor. I replaced the MCOR thinking that was the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't.
After Todd from RM golf carts worked me in for a Diagnostics check the results came back as the motor was shot. I guess after 25 years it's expected. Anyway they treated me right I highly recommend RM Golf cart Inc. For all your golf cart needs new and used.
Thanks to Todd and the great mechanics I'm up and running.

I called about questions regarding batteries to a cart I hadn’t even purchased from RM. Todd called back within 10 minutes and answered ALL my questions even knowing I wasn’t necessarily purchasing anything. He was very knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell me on anything and that’s why I’ll be going here when it comes time to purchase new batteries. Thanks so much for your time and help Todd!

Great customer service!! We had an issue the first time we drove it, but they came out, fixed it, and parked it at our camper for us since we weren't there. Saved us a trip! They have been awesome to deal with!
