“Heard and saw some bad reviews about this Storage company so made me rethink my decision and find elsewhere. But finally got a call back after 3 weeks from a new property manager and sounds like everything will be going smoother and even had a great deal going on for 6 months. I will have an update review after my actual move in experience with this company. So far so good though.
Thanks, Gabe, for stepping in and taking some control to make customers happy!”
“Sahkyla today was absolutely amazing, super pleasant and helpful…StorageMart should be proud of employees like her that represent the company in such a great way.”
“Dwayne and Steve's Team is the absolute best. They have helped us on 2 moves now between offices and I couldn't ask for a better group of guys moving us. They are on time, move fast and have a set plan of action.”
“Exceptional customer service.
Nasteha is a professional.
Kind, friendly, proactive. She is the best.
Handled my situation perfectly.
Kept me up to date with availability and also with a smile!”
“If I was starting my own business I would do whatever it takes to hire Sonia. Very clear and easy to understand her communications. Everything I did went smoothly and professionally.”
“Megan & Tiffany have been absolutely amazing with the short time we rented for my mother's belongings they remember us and our mother Everytime we stopped in they remember my mother myself and my wives name I loved that they took the time to get to know us. If I ever need storage in the future I will be choosing CubeSmart and highly recommend. The location was also very clean organized and safe. Thanks for the great service ladies -Vong”
“It is nice to work with a company that gives you all the information you need. When I had questions I can call Rose and she has answers. I left a message and she called me back. Quality business.”
“I cannot put into words how AWESOME of a job Jessica does! Public Storage is SO LUCKY to have her on their team! She was definitely born for Customer Service and I can’t think of how many individuals could take tips and tricks from her. She was able to fix just about every dilemma I came across when moving into my storage and made accommodations I never would’ve imagined anyone being able to correct. She does her job EXCEPTIONALLY well! Public Storage, you are extremely lucky indeed!”
“I shopped around and found five star to be very customer friendly and the facility is exactly what I needed. Outside parking and on the list for a larger storage unit. I’m very pleased”
“OMG
Taylor was great and made me laugh 😀
On a Day that was not good.
Clean place
Great servic@ Champlin ❤”
“Chris help me get a great deal and was very thorough and showing me around and how the process worked I look forward to having my stuff here and being able to have access.”
“This is a brand-new storage facility and although it very much looks and feels new, the property manager is experienced and knows his stuff. The entire facility is well-kept and clean with great access directly from the highway making it easy to load and unload. Usually features like these mean you're paying more for the same amount of space, but even the rental rates are quite competitive.”

“Awseome experience storing here.
Shannon was the best and easiest person I've ever worked with, when I needed to store items. If I need more storage in the future in Elk River. I'll be using sharp storage and asking for shannon.”
“I rented a unit for about 4 years, sometime ago. When I found myself needing to rent a unit this past summer, I didn't bother looking anywhere else. They are professional and personable, and their prices are fair - probably one of the lowest. They offer everything a person needs to store your personal items. Safe and secure, well maintained, and convenient! Top notch company!”
