“Heard and saw some bad reviews about this Storage company so made me rethink my decision and find elsewhere. But finally got a call back after 3 weeks from a new property manager and sounds like everything will be going smoother and even had a great deal going on for 6 months. I will have an update review after my actual move in experience with this company. So far so good though.

“This is a brand-new storage facility and although it very much looks and feels new, the property manager is experienced and knows his stuff. The entire facility is well-kept and clean with great access directly from the highway making it easy to load and unload. Usually features like these mean you're paying more for the same amount of space, but even the rental rates are quite competitive.”

“Outstanding white glove service, from the email communication and scheduling, to the actual delivery. Ordered a mattress and automatic base from Saatva, and Signature Designer Services contacted me to set up deliver after the mattress was manufactured. Had to change delivery due to illness, and Tracy was very flexible. Jason and TJ delivered today, set everything up, explained the electronics, made sure everything worked and was positioned where I wanted it, and then removed all of the packing materials. Super nice and efficient guys! Highly recommend.”
