We have had AAA for years and tonight they failed us big time. Our son was waiting 4 hours and 20 minutes. I was not with him but looked up towing with good reviews. “My car broke down on hwy 610 during rush hour yesterday. It was over 90 degrees and my car wasn’t in the best place so it was a race to have it towed before the cops impounded it. I called 3 other tow companies before Express Towing and Recovery but they were all busy. And even though Express also sounded busy, they were still able to help me in about 20 minutes. The sticker price for a tow is always shocking for most of us but it would have been much worse if I had to pay to get it out of impound. I am very grateful.”
