We worked with Jeffrey and he was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with getting us scheduled timely, and was very responsive when we had questions on different options.
We have some minor issues with the shed and are hoping to get them resolved soon.
If you are considered a purchase, I highly recommend you see Jeffrey at the Buffalo location.

Excellent seller, easy transaction, fast delivery, very well built shed, I am very pleased with the experience and service. This was a display shed so it does have a few bumps from sitting on the display lot but the driver took the time to make sure it was fully functional before he left and he installed a new lock so I have a key, he is a very nice guy.

Worked with Jeffrey to get our shed installed. The whole team went above and beyond from helping us pick out paint and roof colors to assisting with city requirements. Such a fact turn around at a little over 2 weeks. The crew that came out to build it were excellent as well. Super friendly and checked with me on what we would be storing before installing the shelves. Great group and a great experience. Highly recommend them.

Bought 10*12 Shed -- Jeff was good to work with and worked with us on the questions I had.
Beats the hell out of spending all summer building shed myself and making mistakes.
Shed is a great value -- not cheap, but money will spent.

Jeff Parent is a ‘Rock Star’ in the sales office, and it just starts there for this company.
The design process with Jeff is delightful: very knowledgeable, patient and a good listener, and very insightful and helpful with questions and suggestions. You get great technology & The Answer Man with a smile!
Was pleasantly surprised that a 16 x 24 shed would be ready for delivery within 4 weeks to my lake cabin, 3 hours away. Excellent communication start to finish with everyone at Tuff Shed and So Very Professional!
The installers went ABOVE and Beyond to make certain the install was initiated on a level surface, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. They were also truly ‘Rock Stars’! And you won’t find many craftsmen that can/ will/ or do work like these guys!! OUTSTANDING & AMAZING!
Upon completion I noticed my entry doors were ‘dinged’, and I sheepishly contacted Jeff. They were remade and reinstalled in short order, with the only question asked was “ Are you Satisfied?”

I highly recommend visiting Jeffrey at Tuff Shed in Buffalo if you are in the market for a shed. Recently, I purchased a shed from him and the entire process was incredibly easy. Jeffrey assisted me in designing the shed and provided his personal recommendations for the available options. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and Jeffrey was there every step of the way to ensure that everything went well. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need a storage shed, don't hesitate to go see Jeffrey.

My wife and I recently decided to renovate our backyard and we started with adding a 20X10 Premiere Pro Tall Barn by Tuff Shed. We looked for builder in our area and friends of ours recommended we check out Tuff Shed Buffalo, MN. I reached out to them late one evening after work because we are admittedly quite picky and wanted to personalize a little more than the website software was allowing us to. Well, to my surprise within ten minutes I had a text reply from the owner, Jeff. By the way, this was not the standard out of office text, it was a, "yes we can do that!" type of text. We designed the shed and it is now set for installation in just a couple weeks. Tuff Shed Buffalo could NOT have been any easier to work with, nor could they have been any more immediate in meeting our questions and personalization requests. Tuff Shed Buffalo understand that when you are adding a Tuff Shed you are adding more than just a place to park your lawn mower, you are changing your backyard life forever! If I could leave Tuff Shed Buffalo 100 stars, I would, and that still doesn't seem like enough!
