Needed a dishwasher right then because I had family coming for the weekend.
Tom has a bigger in stock selection than the big box stores, so I got a dishwasher and I was good to go. Stopped by there and bought a zero turn lawnmower a few weeks later. Patient and knowledgeable about his products.

Upon arrival, I was really disappointed. We heard great reviews of this place from friends and family and seeing online reviews. Their site boasts having a large selection, but that was far from the truth. We went to purchase a washing machine, but there weren't very many options. The other great disappointment is that there wasn't a salesperson there. I was expecting to deal with someone who knew the products and could make recommendations based on our needs. The people working didn't know hardly anything about their washing machines. We desperately needed one due to ours going out of service, so I hesitantly purchased. It aggravates me that due to our circumstance, we gave them our business despite my disappointment in their minimal offerings and lack of a knowledgeable salesperson.

When my dryer quit heating I called Tom. He told me over the phone what could be wrong and how to take it apart and check the fuse. I found the problem and Tom offered to stay open late till I got there for the part. It is hard to beat small town businesses! Thanks to Tom!
