“I had mailed bills and didn’t realize our Business deposit was in between the bills when the mail carrier picked up the mail. I called and asked if they could reach out to the carrier. When I stopped at the office they had found the mail with the deposit. Verified my identification before giving it to me! Thank you to the Little Falls Postal employees for going the extra mile!! Much appreciated.”
“Although my package was accidentally delivered to the wrong home I gotta give them 5 stars. Patti in the office did an awesome job at tracking down my package and had it delivered to me right away. Her customer service is great, she went out of her way to call me and let me know she found it and that I could expect it right away that morning. She then later called to be sure that I received the package. Very pleased!”
