If you're outside they won't hand you the mail. Won't even let you sign for it. My friend had to sign for a package because she was inside the house and I'm just a random stranger standing in my yard.

Packages are never delivered on time and the reason for late deliveries don't make any sense. The post office is never open on time. They lock the door when they're supposed to be open and don't answer the door when there is someone there.
