“Staff are super knowledgeable and competent - they have been caring for our german shepherd since he was a pup. We also had relatives who had been going here for 15-20 years! Every animal they had (which was many) came here.They've successfully treated every issue our pup has had. Also - their charges are very fair. Pup needed an exam, blood work, meds, shots, Bravecto, heartworm prevention meds...total cost was $350. VERY reasonable, especially in this day and age.The most important thing I appreciate about the folks at this clinic is their ability to flawlessly work with all different kinds of animal personalities. We brought in our cat and german shepherd together (bonded pair). Unfortunately the kitty had been badly attacked by a neighborhood dog when our pup was young. This caused our dog to become extremely protective of her. And she knows it - one hiss and she's got a 100lb tornado rushing to her side to check on her. Very sweet of him.....but we had concerns about her hissing at staff and telling the dang dog she's being murdered!So the staff worked with us wonderfully. We split up the animals. They did great with the antsy pup and treated him very kindly. Dr. Novak listened when I mentioned that just hearing the kitty flip out would distress the dog - she had us use the absolute furthest exam room for kitty. It was VERY much appreciated. Also turned out to be unnecessary! Dr. Novak administered the shots so smoothly that kitty didn't even meow. Kitty was also calm enough to take treats immediately upon leaving the clinic. I was deeply impressed. I highly recommend this place.Note: this clinic is affected by the nationwide staffing struggles just like everywhere else.....PLEASE be kind and patient if you're having to wait a bit for an appointment. Everybody there is working their buns off to provide quality accessible care to our fuzzy family members. So if you're catching up on routine shots or something, call a few weeks ahead of time. It's worth it.”
