“This place really deserves your business!I recently had some front end work done on my car and the headlights were not set at the proper height. Living in the cities and driving on well lit highways, this wasn’t something I fully realized until I was making a long drive in the dark to see family. It was scary! I pulled into the Store almost at closing time and was trying to Google how to fix it so I could figure out what tool I needed.I am not sure if the guy is the owner or an employee, but he is a good person. He came out of the store to check on me and find out what my problem was.Where as the YouTube videos and how to instructions I was finding online did not help me resolve the problem, he did! He got right in there and looked around and figured it out and adjusted the headlights.He brought the necessary tool out to my car and took my card in and ran payment for me because I had my three-year-old with me.I would give more than five stars if I could. It was an amazing kindness, great service, deeply and truly appreciated!Thank you!”
“My van just happened to break as I was about to leave the O'Reilly's parking lot. I went inside and explained the problem to Gary. He immediately came out to my van and saw that a belt had broken. I told him my husband would be able to come over and fix it. Gary immediately offered the free use of necessary tools. Later, when I brought the tools back inside, he invited my husband to come in and use what they have there to scrub his greasy hands. Gary is awesome!”
